Customers will receive one entry coupon for each purchase of a Far Away Gold Eau de Parfum Spray from Avon Brochure 13, 2014. Back orders into Brochure 13 are eligible.
Customers’ entries must be handed to an Avon Sales Representative and received at Brookvale by 5 pm, 22/08/2014. Avon accepts no responsibility for coupons that are received after this date.
One Customer will win $10,000 payable by cheque to the person named on the winning coupon. The Representative who served that Customer wins the same cash prize.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Promotion commences 07/04/14 and is open to Australia & New Zealand residents, 18 years and over. Promotion period is Campaign 13, 2014 and prizes will be drawn at 10 am, 04/09/2014 at Avon, 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100.

3. Promotion closes 22/08/2014. Customers’ entries must be handed to an Avon Sales Representative and received at Brookvale by 5 pm, 22/08/2014. Avon accepts no responsibility for coupons that are received after this date.
4. Entry coupons must be completed in full to qualify for entry into the promotion.
5. One Customer will win $10,000 payable by cheque to the person named on the winning coupon. The Representative who served that Customer wins the same cash prize.
6. Total prize value is $20,000.
7. Representatives cannot enter themselves as Customers.
8. Winners will be notified by mail and published on Avon’s websites, avon.com.au and avon.co.nz from Friday 12/09/2014.
9. Employees and officers of Avon, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
10. The winning Customer and Representative agree that their names and photographs may be used for publicity purposes and agree to make themselves available for this purpose.
11. The prize winning Customer and Representative must have no outstanding due amounts for products ordered, as at 05/09/13.
12. The prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.
13. Avon shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered, or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of accepting a prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Avon accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
15. Avon’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Entry into this competition deems acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. If necessary an unclaimed prize draw will take place at 10 am, 19/12/14 at Avon, 120 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100 and the winner will be notified by mail and published on Avon’s websites, avon.com.au and avon.co.nz from 29/12/14.
