By entering into the competition “Anaconda Trolley Dash with Star FM”, you ( the Entrant ) acknowledge,
accept and agree to the following terms and conditions, as amended from time to time and displayed on the
Promoter’s webpage.

4. Who can enter Entry is open to residents of
Australia who are aged 18 years
or over.
Entrants must not be the
employees or the immediate
family members (spouse; de
facto spouse; or natural, adopted
or step, parent, child, or sibling)
of the employees of the
Promoters, of any of the
suppliers or agencies associated
with this competition, or of any of
the related bodies corporate (as
that term is defined in s50 of the
Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ) of
the Promoters, or of those
suppliers or agencies.

5. How to enter To be entered into the
Competition, during the
Promotional Period, Eligible
Entrants must:
Be the random caller
through on the nominated
contest phone number
upon hearing the ‘cue to
call for the Anaconda
Trolley Dash with Star FM
Competition’; and
Answer a predetermined
question correctly.
The first five Entrants to
successfully meet both of the
above criteria will go into the
running to win a prize ( Finalists ).
Finalists must be available to
attend the Anaconda Mackay
Store for the Prize Draw.
6. Restrictions on entry A maximum of one (1) entry per
Entrant is allowed.
Entrants can only enter in their
own name and may not enter
on behalf of another person.

Any entries that:
are made more than
once;
contain incorrect
information;
are incomplete or
incomprehensible;
contain or depict illegal,
offensive or discriminatory
content;
will be disqualified and will not be
eligible for the Competition.
7. Prize description There will be:
one major prize -consisting of
a 2 minute Trolley Dash
(conditions below); and
four minor prizes each
consisting of a AUD$100
Anaconda gift card
Prize contents or description may
change at the discretion of the
Promoters.
8. Prize valuation Major Prize: 2 minute Trolley
Dash whereby the winner will
have two minutes to put as many
Anaconda items as they can in a
trolley (conditions below); and
Minor Prize: AUD$400 (4 x $100
Anaconda gift cards)
9. Prize restrictions
10. Prize Draw The major prize winner will be selected at random from the Finalists
at the Anaconda Mackay Store on the 15 th
September 2018.
All Finalists must be present on site at 7:30am on 15 September
2018 for the Prize Draw.
The remaining Finalists will each receive a minor prize.
11. Notification of winner On Saturday 15 th
September 2018 the Promoter will notify the major
prize winner in person (provided the winners are in attendance at the
Prize Draw) and on air after 7:30am.
The major prize winner’s name will be announced on air on the day
on participating station Star 101.9 and may be published on the
Promoters’ websites
12. Forfeit and Redraw If the Finalists are not onsite at the Anaconda Mackay Store by
7:30am on Saturday 15 th
September 2018 the Promoters have the
discretion to deem that the Finalists not in attendance have forfeited
their opportunity to win a prize.
The Promoters may then redraw the prize by randomly selecting
from the remaining pool of Finalists and/or Entrants at 7:45am AEST
on Saturday 15 th
September 2018 This will be limited to those in
attendance at the store.
13. Issuing the Prize The major prize winner, after being chosen will be informed of the
following procedure for The Anaconda Trolley Dash with star fm
competition.

Conditions of Trolley Dash
One person only to complete the trolley dash
No assistance from other persons is allowed
Person must follow safety instructions from
Anaconda staff
Person must be able to complete the trolley dash
at 7:45am Saturday 15th September 2018. If
unable to attend, the person may nominate an
alternate person to complete the trolley dash at the
above time and date.
Multiple trolleys may be used throughout the
duration of the 2 minute trolley dash
Person can only select one type of each
product type during the trolley dash.
There will be Anaconda staff present at all
cabinets in which the person will need to get
the staff member to grab their selected item
on their behalf.
At the end of the 2 minute Trolley Dash the
winner will be able to check out all items
within the Trolley if they have abided by the
rules and regulations of the competition.
14. Publicity As part of the Prize the Promoters will require the major prize winner
and/or finalists to participate in radio interview(s), and may require to
participate in video interviews published on the Promoters’ websites
and on the Promoters’ social media pages about the winner’s
experience.
The major prize winner may also be required to provide a statement,
photos or videos from their experience which may be displayed in
Anaconda stores, broadcast on air and/or published online on the
Promoters’ websites and on the Promoters’ social media pages
15. Privacy By entering this Competition all Entrants accept the Promoters’
Privacy Policy as amended from time to time and available on the
Anaconda and participating radio station websites.
All Entrants’ details are automatically entered on the Promoters’
promotions database. The Promoter also maintains a record of the
winner’s details.
By entering into this Competition, each Entrant consents to his or her
personal information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth) ) being used for:
the purpose of distribution of the Prizes by the Promoters and
third parties;
publicity purposes by the Promoters for the purpose of the
Competition, including broadcast on radio and publication
online and on social media of the Entrant’s first and last
name, the Entrant’s suburb and state of residence, and the
Entrant’s likeness, voice and character if that Entrant is the
major prize winner; and
direct marketing by the Promoters for future competitions and
other goods and services (Entrants can elect to opt out at any
time by selecting ‘unsubscribe’ when they receive direct
marketing material).
16. General Terms and Conditions
a) The above table forms part of these T&Cs.
b) No part of the prize/s can be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other prize.
c) Prizes cannot be transferred to another person and are subject to Anaconda’s standard terms and conditions.
d) Prizes comprising gift cards/vouchers are subject to any terms and conditions related to those gift
cards/vouchers and might have an expiry date or redemption conditions.
e) The Promoters and their representatives may conduct security and identification verification checks in their
absolute discretion to confirm whether an Entrant is eligible to enter the Competition and whether any
winner drawn is eligible to win the Prize.
f) The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify entries if those entries do not comply with these Terms and
Conditions.
g) The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify entries where the Entrant has tampered with the
entry process or tampered with the operation of the Competition or any website of the Promoters
or engaged in any improper conduct calculated to affect the fairness of the Competition. The
Promoters further reserve its rights to recover costs from any Entrant who engages in this
conduct.
h) If the Competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably
anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoters, the Promoters reserve the
right in their sole discretion to the fullest extent permitted by law to disqualify any Entrant or to modify,
suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition as appropriate.
i) All decisions by the Promoters are final and at the discretion of the Promoters. The Promoters will not enter
into discussion or correspondence about any decisions affecting this Competition.
j) The Promoters are not responsible for:
i) lost, late or misdirected entries; or
ii) any problems or technical malfunction of any network or lines, computer online systems,
communication network, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion
online, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission
interruption, communications failure or otherwise preventing any Entrant from successfully entering
the Competition.
k) Despite any other term or condition of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoters reserve the right to
withdraw the Competition at any time and for any reason whatsoever, subject to any regulatory
requirements.
l) Each Entrant, forever releases , and indemnifies the Promoters and their related bodies corporate against,
all loss, (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, expense and personal injury
which is suffered or sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence)
arising in any way from the participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount
allowable by law).
m) Prize winners have rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other similar legislation which cannot be
excluded, restricted or modified by the Promoters. These rights include a statutory guarantee that any
services provided by the Promoters will be rendered with due care and skill and that any goods will be of
acceptable quality. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude, restrict or modify those statutory rights in
any way. However, to the extent it is permitted by law to do so, the Promoters makes no representations or
warranties, express or implied, other than those contained in the Australian Consumer Law, regarding the
quality, fitness for purpose or use and suitability of the Prize/s awarded under these conditions of entry and
will not be responsible for breach of any such implied terms.
n) The Promoters do not accept responsibility for any tax or other financial implications that may arise from
winning of the Prize. Entrants must obtain their own independent financial advice.
o) Failure by the Promoters to enforce any of their rights under these Terms and Conditions does not
constitute a waiver of those rights.
