Entry into the Promotion commences at: 7.00am ACST Monday 10 July 2023.

Entry into the Promotion closes at: 2.00pm ACST Thursday 10 August 2023.

How to Enter:

Nominated Song:

During the Promotion Period, entrants must listen to the Station between 7:00am and 2:00pm ACST from Monday to Friday beginning on Monday 10 July and listen in for a nominated song (Nominated Song), with up to six (6) Nominated Songs being played on-air each day during the Promotion Period as clearly communicated by representative of the Promoter.

For the avoidance of doubt, if the Show does not air on any one (or more) day(s) during the Promotion Period, then the Promoter (in its sole and absolute discretion) will not broadcast an additional
Nominated Song/s.

Entrants may enter the Promotion in the following way:

Phone Entry:

At various times during the Promotion Period:

(a) the Promoter will play the Nominated Song and invite entrants to call 13 24 10 when they hear the Nominated Song played on-air;

(b) the first entrant to successfully call through to 13 24 10 during the Nominated Song period (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will be invited to appear on-air (Selected Entrant).

(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully appears on-air (as determined by the Promoter in its sole), they will be given two (2) options to choose from, of which they can only select one (1):

a. be awarded a Minor Prize; OR

b. be entered into the Major Prize Draw to win the Major Prize.

(d) For the avoidance of doubt, if a Selected Entrant is awarded a Minor Prize, they will not be entered into the Major Prize Draw.

(e) If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to, or declines to, appear on-air, or if the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or unreachable for any reason the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by selecting another entrant who successfully called within the specified time period and invite them to appear on-air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on-air as a Selected Entrant.
