BP – Scratch To Win Over $1 Million in Prizes (Instant win & daily prize draws)
Competition Period: 12:01am (AEDT) on 20/03/14 to 11:59pm (AEST) on 14/05/14.
Entry Method: There are three elements to this competition:
an Instant Win element;
a Daily Prize Draw element; and
a Second Chance Draw element.
Instant Win Entry Method
To enter the Instant Win element of this competition, entrants must, during the Competition Period:
spend $30 or more on any BP branded motor fuel in one transaction (Eligible Purchase) at any participating BP service station (Store) to receive a scratch card (Scratch Card) (subject to Scratch Card stocks remaining in that Store) and scratch the panel to see if they are a winner of an Instant Win Prize (subject to them being able to validate their entry); and if the entrant’s Scratch Card indicates an Instant Win Prize, entrants must verify their entry to claim their Instant Win Prize by visiting mybpstation.com.au (Website) to fully complete and submit the Instant Win Prize claim form including by providing the 10 digit unique code from their winning Scratch Card and any additional information as required by the Promoter. The entrant will then be contacted by the Promoter with further details and information about the Instant Win Prize. Once verified as a valid entrant, they will be deemed an Instant Winner.
Daily Prize Draw Entry Methods
Entrants with a winning scratch card who have completed and submitted the Instant Win Prize claim form on the Website (as above) will be automatically entered into the Daily Prize Draw; entrants with a non-winning scratch card can enter the Daily Prize Draw if they, during the Competition Period, visit the Website to fully complete and submit the Daily Prize Draw entry form including by providing their full name, mobile phone number, email address, the 10 digit unique code from their non winning Scratch Card and any additional information as required by the Promoter.
Second Chance Draw Entry Method
All valid Daily Prize Draw entries received as per the Daily Prize Draw Entry Methods above (including Daily Prize Draw Bonus Entries (as detailed below)) will also be automatically entered into the Second Chance Draw element of this competition.
Daily Prize Draw Bonus Entry
Bonus entries into the Daily Prize Draw may be offered by the Promoter throughout the Competition Period, at its discretion. Entrants will receive one bonus entry into the Daily Prize Draw element of this competition if at the time of entering the Daily Prize Draw (in accordance with a Daily Prize Draw Entry Method above) they also complete the bonus entry activity/activities as specified on the Website.
Daily Prize Draws
There will be 56 Daily Prize Draws conducted; one draw in respect of each day of the Competition Period. The Daily Prize Draws will take place at 12 noon (AEDT/AEST, as applicable) on each day between 21/03/14 and 15/05/14 (inclusive) at 403/62 Beach St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. Each Daily Prize Draw will consist of all of the valid Daily Prize Draw entries received on the previous calendar day. Daily Prize Draw entries will not rollover into subsequent Daily Prize Draws (subject to paragraph 5). Daily Prizes will be awarded in descending order of value to the first two randomly drawn valid Daily Prize Draw entrants drawn in each Daily Prize Draw (i.e. the first valid entry drawn will win the $3,000 BP Gift Card and the next valid entry drawn will win $1,000 cash (as per the Daily Prize Details set out below)).
Second Chance Draw
There will be 1 Second Chance Draw conducted for any unclaimed or un-won Instant Win Prizes valued over $50. The Second Chance Draw will take place at 12 noon (AEST) on 15/05/14 at 403/62 Beach St, Port Melbourne VIC 3207. The Second Chance Draw will consist of all valid Second Chance Draw entries received during the Competition Period.
Instant Win Prizes
There are up to 28,203 Instant Win Prizes available to be won, as follows:

100 x FitBit Flex Wireless Activity and Sleep Wristband (Black) valued at $129.95 (inc GST) each;

100 x GoPro HD Hero3+ Action Video Camera (Black Edition) valued at $529 (inc GST) each;

100 x Sunglasses Hut voucher valued at $200 each;
100 x Flight Centre voucher valued at $1,000 each;
20,000 x BP Gift Card (to be used on fuel) valued at $10 each;

5,000 x Double Adult Star Movie Vouchers valued at $38 (inc GST) each;
1,000 x BCF voucher valued at $45 each; and
1,000 x The Iconic voucher valued at $45 each.
Daily Prizes
There are 112 Daily Prizes to be won in total; 2 per Daily Prize Draw. The 2 Daily Prizes to be won in each Daily Prize Draw are:
$3,000 BP Gift Card; and
$1,000 cash (awarded in the form of a cheque).
Second Chance Draw Prizes
Any Instant Win Prize valued over $50 which remains un-won or unclaimed at 11:59pm (AEST) on 14/05/14 will be included in the Second Chance Draw to take place in accordance with the Second Chance Draw section of the Draw Details above. Each prize awarded in this draw will be distributed to the next valid Second Chance Draw entry randomly drawn in descending order of value until all prizes are awarded.
The Instant Win Prize pool is valued at up to $1,118,201(inc GST).
The Daily Prize pool is valued at $224,000.
The total overall prize pool is valued at up to $1,342,201 (inc GST).
Entry Limits Entrants may enter up to three times per person per day provided that each entry is based on a separate Eligible Purchase in a separate transaction. There is a limit of one Eligible Purchase and Scratch Card per transaction.
Retain Receipt and Scratch Card Requirements
Entrants must retain their original receipt and Scratch Card (with the 10 digit unique code intact) to verify each entry (and must retain these until their prize/s has/have been received in full).
Winner Notification and Publication
Instant Win Prize winners will be notified in writing via email upon validation of their Instant Win Prize claim.
Daily Prize Draw winners and Second Chance Draw winners will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of the relevant draw.
Any winners of prizes valued over $250 will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on either 18/04/14 or 16/05/14 for a period of 28 days.
Prize Claim Date and Time
All Instant Win Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm (AEST) on 14/05/14.
All Daily Prizes must be claimed by 11:59pm (AEST) on 15/08/14.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Details
12:00pm (AEST) on 18/08/14 at the same location as the original draws. This Unclaimed Prize Draw will re-award any unclaimed Daily Prizes in descending order of value until all unclaimed Daily Prizes are awarded.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication
Any winners in the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by phone and in writing within two days of the draw and any winners of prizes valued over $250 will have their name and state/territory of residence published on the Website on 21/08/14 for a period of 28 days.
