Prize Details and their value
prize / one winner. prize consists of an Alpha H Hamper valued at $511.65 and a TVSN Voucher valued at $300. prize pool is $811.65. prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize of equal or greater value and/or specification – subject to the relevant state authority approval.
prize from a winner if the prize winner’s TVSN account is in arrears.
winner will be announced on 4 February 2020 via the Promoter’s website (www.itvsn.com.au and www.tvsn.co.nz).
prize that the Entrant did not comply with these terms and conditions, that Entrant will have no entitlement to the prize, even if the Promoter has announced them as a winner and that Entrant will be required, at the direction of the Promoter, to return, or refund prize.
winner cannot be contacted within 2 weeks of being announced as the winner, then the prize will be forfeited by the original winner and the Promoter may, at its own discretion, redraw the prize.
