Route 96 terms and conditions
Competition runs from 9.00am, Saturday 1 February 2014 and closes at 11.59pm, Friday 28 February 2014.
Any passenger that touches on a route 96 service tram with a valid myki that is registered between these dates will automatically be entered into the draw. Daily prizes will be drawn and announced weekly with the major prizes drawn after the closing date.
All entries are automatically entered into the major prize draw (details below).
Multiple entries will be registered according to the number of valid touch-ons with a registered myki. Each entry will be valid for the daily prizes for the day of travel as well as the major prize draw.
Individual entrants can win more than one prize.
Winners will be notified in writing after each draw and listed online on the day of each draw at yarratrams.com.au.
Yarra Trams reserves the right to vary prizes in exceptional circumstances.
Employees, contractors and suppliers of Yarra Trams and Public Transport Victoria and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter this competition.
Yarra Trams is not responsible for the actions of any partners or third parties involved in this competition including the staging of any event or provision of any item and cannot be held liable for the same.
Definitions:
‘Service tram’ means any tram operating on route 96 during the competition period.
‘Valid myki’ means a registered myki with a positive balance or an active myki pass.
‘Registered’ means registered in the name of the competition entrant.
‘Touch on’ means to validly touch on with a myki card when boarding a service tram.
Prize draw:
Daily prizes: 10 daily prizes will be drawn once each week (70 daily prizes/ week) on Tuesdays at 12PM. Please see chart below for detailed draw information.
Major prizes: Major draw will be drawn on Tuesday 4 March 2014 at 12pm. All valid entries for the duration of the competition will be included in the major prize draw. Please see chart below for detailed draw information.
Location: All prizes will be drawn at Public Transport Victoria Head Office (750 Collins Street, Docklands Victoria 3008).
