Entry Restrictions Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 or over.
Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the
Promoter’s agencies associated with this promotion and their immediate
families are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following:
spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by

The competition will run in Woolworths Stores which are stocking participating
L’OR, Moccona and Illy capsules products in Australia.
“Woolworths Store” means Woolworths Supermarkets, Woolworths Metro
and Woolworths Online stores. Woolworths MetroGo, and Caltex/Woolworths
co-branded Metro stores and fuel outlets are excluded from the promotion.
During the Promotional Period, entrants must purchase any three (3)
participating products from a Woolworths Store in a single transaction.

Entry Method To enter, individuals must:
(a) make a Qualifying Purchase during the Promotional Period and retain
their purchase receipt; and
(b) during the Promotional Period, visit the Website, locate the entry
page, and submit the fully completed online entry form, including
uploading a copy of the purchase receipt and provide all other

Instant prize winners will receive a confirmation email (to the email address
provided) within two (2) business days of winning an instant win prize (“Prize

Major Prize Draw

Major Prize Draw The major prize draw will take place at Peazie, Level 6, 152 Elizabeth Street,

additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or
ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner of the major prize draw will be notified

Prize Details and
Value of Prize Pool
There are fifty-six (56) instant win prizes to be won. The instant win prize is a
L’OR Barista Premium Latte Coffee Machine, valued at AU $249.
The first valid entry drawn in the Major Prize Draw will win a AU $10,000 VISA
Gift Card. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the VISA Gift Card are
not included. Any unused balance of the VISA Gift Card will not be awarded as
cash. Redemption of the VISA Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions
of the issuer including those specified on the VISA Gift Card. (“Major Prize”).
The total prize pool value is AU $23,944.
Proof of Purchase Entrants must keep original purchase receipt/s as proof of purchase for all

Standard Terms and Conditions
(a) Information on how to enter the Promotion and the Prize/s on offer form part of these
Terms and Conditions, which set out the requirements for the “Promotion”. Any entry
not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid. Participation in this
Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Winning a Prize
is contingent upon fulfilling all of the requirements set forth in these Terms and
(b) No entries will be accepted outside of the Promotional Period and will be deemed to
be received only when received by the Promoter. If an entrant returns a Qualifying
Purchase their entry may be deemed invalid at the Promoter’s discretion (unless the
product is defective). Entrants will receive a return message confirming their entry.
The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. Entrants
are responsible for their own costs associated with entering. If an entrant enters
using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email
addresses/addresses/aliases, they may be disqualified.
(c) The Promoter will use its best endeavours to provide the prizes. If any of the prizes
are unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute that prize or item for a prize or item of an equivalent
value and/or specification.
(d) Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and
cannot be redeemed as cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and
Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified,
or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date
of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The
Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value.
(e) Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in
the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same)
in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of
promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products
manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
(f) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to
limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under
the Competition and Consumer Act (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties
under the ASIC Act (Cth) or similar consumer protection laws in the States and
Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that
cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter
(including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability
(including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss
of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way
out of the promotion.
(g) Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable
Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and
agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any
personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct,
indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(i) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under
the Promoter’s control);
(ii) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
(iii) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected
(whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason
beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter;
(iv) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(v) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or
(vi) use of a prize.
(h) The Promoter may require the entrant to provide proof of identity, age, and
residency. If any entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry
may be declared invalid. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any
stage does not waive those rights.
(i) The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and may in its sole
discretion disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone who in its
(i) tampered with the entry process;
(ii) engaged in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of
the promotion; acted in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or
(iii) does anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the
Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies
associated with this promotion;
(iv) breached any law;
(v) behaved in a way that is otherwise inappropriate;
(vi) has not complied with these Terms and Conditions;
(vii) has gained any unfair advantage; or
(viii) has won by fraudulent means.
(j) The Promoter and any other agencies associated with this Promotion will not be
responsible for any late, lost or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries
not received due to technical problems. Entries are deemed to be received at time
of receipt by the Promoter’s database and not at the time of transmission by the
entrant. Records of the Promoter are final and conclusive at the time of receipt.
(k) If for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control this Promotion is not
capable of running as planned, for reasons including infection by computer virus,
bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other
cause beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the
administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves
the right in its sole discretion (subject to any written direction given by a relevant
Regulatory Authority) to disqualify any entrant, or to cancel, terminate, modify or
suspend the Promotion.
(l) Printing and other quality control errors outside the Promoter’s control will not
invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim. Every instant win prize claim in excess of
the advertised prize pool will be honoured, unless the claim is rejected due to fraud
or ineligibility under these Terms and Conditions. Any unclaimed, un-won or
undistributed instant win prizes that are part of the advertised total prize pool will be
awarded in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw.
(m) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from
the Prize winnings or the use of the Prize winnings. It is the responsibility of each
entrant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on
their own financial situation.
(n) If all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions
shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid or illegal for any reason, such
term or provision (or part thereof) shall be deemed severed from these Terms and
Conditions to the extent of the unenforceability, invalidity or illegality and the other
Terms and Conditions hereof shall remain in full force and effect as if the offending
term or provision (or part thereof) had not been inserted herein.
(o) Failure to supply all requested personal information at the time of submitting an entry
may result in the entry being invalid. The information contained in the entry form will

by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose personal information to entities outside
