Terms & Conditions – The Cook’s Pantry Competition

The promoter is Australian Wine Selectors (AWS) Pty Ltd, ABN 64 056 402 772.

Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia and who are 18 years of age (excluding NT) or over (‘eligible persons’).

Entrants must share their chosen photo on the Woobox platform embedded on the Wine Selectors Facebook page.

Entrants must upload their photograph and fill out the necessary details in the submission form to be eligible.
Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
This competition is a game of skill and the entry chosen as ‘most creative’ will win the prize.
Employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, participating sponsors associated with the Promotion and their associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

Promotion commences at 12:00am AEDST on 05/11/2018 and final entries close at 11:59pm AEDST on 03/03/2019 (“Promotional Period”).

The promoter’s decision concerning receipt is final.
The prize draw will take place on the next available business day during standard business hours by an employee of Wine Selectors at 1 Wright Lane, Newcastle NSW 2300.
Winners will be notified via social media within two (2) business days of the relevant draw.
The winner will receive a prize that consists of Six (6) x dozens (12) of the Regional Release Welcome Mixed Dozen valued at a total of $1,188 ($198 each).
The winners will receive a delivery of a Wine Selectors Mixed Regional Series approximately every eight (8) weeks across the period of twelve (12) months. This equates to a total of six (6) cases of wine (12 bottles of 750ml wine).
This will be delivered to the winner’s nominated delivery address.
The prize is not transferable for cash. Any change in value of the prize occurring between the writing of these conditions and the date the prize is claimed is not the responsibility of the promoter.
The promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize.
For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same place as the original draw within 5 business days of the previous determination of forfeiture.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or extend the competition at any stage.
The Promoter collects personal information (“PI”) in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.wineselectors.com.au/privacy-policy. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian privacy laws or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
