Prize includes:
Prize conditions: The Prize must be taken to coincide with the 2019 Comic-Con in New York and is subject to booking and availability. Prize must be booked within two (2) months of winner notification. Prize become the responsibility of the Winner, and their travel companion including, but not limited to: (a) costs associated with Visa applications; (b) costs associated with Passport applications; (c) additional taxes; (d) costs associated with inoculations; (e) additional transfers; (f) insurance; (g) additional spending money; (h) meals (not specified); (i) domestic airfares if required; (j) any extra sightseeing or activities; (k) any additional accommodation; and (l) all other incidental and ancillary costs, incurred by the Winner, and/or their travel companion, as a direct or indirect result of taking the Prize that are not otherwise stated as included in the Prize. Prize Winner, and their travel companion must have a valid passport that is valid for the period during which they intend to take the Prize and up to six (6 months after their intended return to Australia. Prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the Winner is unable to use the Prize as stated. Prize is not transferable to another person (unless agreed by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash. Winner but in the event that agreement cannot be reached, the Promoter and TravelEdge Pty Ltd reserve the right to determine the itinerary. Winner, and/or travel companion, at check-in to hotels for all incidental charges. Winner’s, and their travel companion’s personal responsibility to ensure that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports, visas, and health requirements, which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities at every destination. Winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. Prize, the Winner (and his/her travel companion) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. Winner’s companion is under the age of 18, a nominated parent/legal guardian of such person will be required to sign the legal documentation required under this clause on their behalf. Winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.

Prize, if unclaimed, may take place on Tuesday the 15th of January 2019 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw. Winner’s name will be published online at www.syfy.com.au from Thursday the 17th of January 2019.
Winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
