Entry is only open to Australian residents. Entrants under 18 years old must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further, the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor entering this promotion.

Promotion opens for entry on 01/04/2021 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 30/04/2021 (“Entry Period”).

How To Enter:

Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entry must fulfil all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Wave Audio. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of Wave Audio.

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The approximate retail value of all prizes is A$1000. A$500 which will be sent to the winner by way of a Visa gift card and a Wave Gift Pack which includes $500 dollars’ worth of products which will be sent to the winner by way of post. The draw will take place at Wave Audio at 23/136 Keys Rd, Cheltenham, Victoria 3192 on 05/05/2021 at 10am AEST and the winner will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published online at need link from 07/05/2021.
