Vonex – Win a grand prize of a Samsung 75″ Smart TV OR 1 of 2 minor prizes
Entries into the promotion open on 17/01/2022 and close at 11:59pm AEDST on 13/03/2022 (“Promotional Period”).
To enter, individuals must visit https://www.vonex.com.au/2022giveaway and submit their entry for the ‘Most Inspiring 2022 Resolution’ on the landing page form.
In addition to this, eligible entrants are required to either sign up to a Vonex plan or upgrade their exiting Vonex service during the Promotional Period (“Initial Entry”). This step is facilitated by booking an appointment to speak to a Vonex sales team member to sign up the customer or upgrade their service.
A maximum of three (3) prizes may be won by 3 individuals. The prizes include a first, second and third prize.
This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit and how inspiring their 2022 resolution is deemed to be by the Vonex Marketing team. All entries must be an independent submission by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
The prize allocation will take place at Vonex’s Brisbane Head Office, 303 Coronation Drive Milton QLD 4064 on 18/03/2022 at 2:00pm AEDST . The winners will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the draw and their name will be published at https://www.vonex.com.au/2022giveaway
The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not take / redeem a prize (or an element of the prize) by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited.
If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
