PROMOTER
The promoter is Vasco Pay Pty Ltd (ACN 609 831 049) of c/o WeWork, 100 Harris Street, Pyrmont NSW 2009 (“Promoter”).
ELIGIBILITY
Entry to the competition is open to individuals in Australia over the age of 18 years (“Eligible Entrants”).
HOW TO ENTER
1. The promotion commences on 5th June 2019 12.01AM AEST (the “Competition Period”) and ends on 9th July 2019 at 11.59PM AEST (the “Competition Period”).
2. To enter, Eligible Entrants must visit the competition page and enter their details during the Competition Period.
3. Only one Entry is permitted per person. If you make more than one Entry, only your first Entry will be counted.
PRIZE
The Winner will win one of four Vasco Pay prepaid VISA cards. Full terms and conditions of using the card can be found here. The Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable and the Winner cannot request any alternative prize (cash or otherwise) except Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of comparable or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable. No individual prize exceeds $250 and total value of prizes do not exceed $50,000.
OBTAINING THE PRIZE
1. Winner signs up for a Vasco Pay prepaid VISA card.
2. We mail card and once received the Winner must activate the card.
3. We will load the prize amount onto the Winner’s card.
WINNER SELECTION AND CONTACT
The promoter will select at random four (4) winning entry made during the Competition Period. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of any decision made in connection with this Prize Draw. Within one (1) week after the end of the Prize Draw Period the promoter will e-mail the competition winners, request the details to open a Vasco Pay account.
WINNER PUBLICITY
The Promoter reserves the right to publish the Winner’s name on the Promoter’s official social media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook and on its website found at www.vascopay.com. The Promoter reserves the right to disclose the name of the Winner in response to requests submitted.
ENTRY REQUIREMENT
Any Entry that is deemed by the Promoter, in its sole discretion, to be unlawful, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, hateful, threatening, discriminatory, offensive, or which may otherwise bring the Prize Draw or Promoter into disrepute, or which does not comply with these Terms and Conditions, will be excluded from the Competition and the Promoter reserves the right to take any further action in respect of such Entry that it deems appropriate (including without limitation the withdrawal of any Prize awarded to that entrant).
The Promoter will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing the Promoter to disclose the identity of or to locate anyone posting or linking any content to its website which infringes any third party rights or is in breach of any of these Terms and Conditions or any applicable law.
GENERAL
If for any reason beyond the control of the Promoter this competition is not capable of running as planned and the administration of this competition is affected, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to legislations in states and territories.
The Promoter expressly reserves the right to resolve any discrepancies, disputes or otherwise unforeseen circumstances as the Promoter deems fit and the Promoter’s decision will be final and binding upon every person who enters. The Promoter collects a person’s information to include the person in this competition. Use of personal information is governed by the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
The winner in this competition agrees that their identity may be disclosed in winner announcements and promotional material. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales. All entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
