Prize is valid for two persons and entry is open Australia wide, to persons aged 18 years
or older.
All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are not transferable for cash.
The prize is valid to be used and must be completed by 30 June 2021. If, for any reason,
a winner does not take the prize and complete the relevant holiday before that date or
once the prize has been booked, take the prize or an element of the prize by the date
stipulated, then the prize or that element of the prize will be forfeited without further
compensation.
The accommodation (shared room) is at Jamala with two nights in a Giraffe Treehouse
and blackout dates apply.
The prize cannot be taken on Friday-Saturday nights, public holidays or ACT school
holidays.
All other expenses, not specifically stipulated in the prize package as an inclusion,
remain the responsibility of the prize winner and their nominated travel companion
including but not limited to: spending money; additional meals (other than those
included); travel and transfers; items of a personal nature; in-room charges; gratuities;
optional activities and any other ancillary costs, including but not limited to insurance
and any applicable insurance excesses.
Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot
be taken as cash.
Vacations & Travel magazine will not be held liable for any loss or harm to prize winners.
Travel insurance is the responsibility of all prize winners and we strongly recommend
comprehensive cover.
Staff of Vacations and Travel or their extended families and friends, are ineligible to
enter.

Sydney NSW 2000 and the winner notified by email and published on 25 June 2020 on
