How to
Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must complete the followingsteps duringthe Promotional Period:

submitthe onlineentry form with their personal details(firstname,lastname, email address,phone
number and state of residence) and the lastfour (4) digits of the barcode.
Entrants will beadvised immediately upon entry form submission whether or not they have won an instantwin
prize. Provisional winners will becontacted by the Promoter within 14 business days in order to verify their
entry prior to the award of any prize.
Proof of purchase:The entrant must retain proof of purchase.The proof of purchaserequired is a copy of the
original receiptfor the QualifyingTransaction and/or theParticipatingProductbarcode.
The entrant must fill outthe onlineentry form for every entry.

1. The entrant agrees and acknowledges that they have read these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule) and that entry into the
Promotion is deemed to be acceptanceof these Conditions of Entry (and Schedule). Any capitalised terms used in these
Conditions of Entry have the meaning given in the Schedule, unless stated otherwise.
2. The Promotion commences on the Start Date and ends on the End Date (“Promotional Period”). Entries are deemed to be
received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not atthe time of transmission or depositby the entrant. Records of the
Promoter and its agencies are final and conclusiveas to the time of receipt.
3. Valid and eligibleentries will beaccepted duringthe Promotional Period.
4. Employees (and the immediate family members) of the ParticipatingVenues, agencies/companies directly associated with
the conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter, its distributors,suppliers,subsidiary companies/businessesand associated
companies and agencies are not eligibleto enter. “Immediate family member” means any of the following:spouse,ex-
spouse,de-facto spouse,child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption),parent, step-parent, grandparent,step-
grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister,step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
5. If a prizeis won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian and where
applicableto the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
6. InstantWin
a) Winners will benotified on screen upon submission of the entry for as to whether or not they are a winner of an instant
win prize. The Promoter will bein touch with each provisional winner within fourteen (14) days to validatetheir entry
and confirm their prize win. One (1) prize will beawarded per day. By the end of the Promotional Period,all prizes from
the advertised prize pool will bedistributed and all existingclaims,unlessdueto fraud or ineligibility,for prizes and
entitlements will be met notwithstandingthat the advertised prize pool has been exceeded and printingerrors and
other quality control matters will not be used as a reason for refusingpayment of prizes.Winners of an instantwin prize
are determined by chance.
7. All reasonableattempts will be made to contact each winner.
8. If any winner chooses not to take their prize (or is unableto), or does not take or claima prizeby the time specified by the
Promoter, or is unavailable,they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitutethe prize.
9. Where entry is allowed by purchaseor subscription,the costof the productor serviceis no greater than the costwould be
without the opportunity to participatein the Promotion.
10. Entrants must keep their proof of purchasespecified in How to Enter for each entry as proof of purchase(“Proof of
Purchase”).If an entrant fails to producethe Proof of Purchasefor a specific entry or each entry, as and when requested by
the Promoter, the Promoter has the right to invalidatethe entrant’s respective entry/entries for which Proof of Purchase
cannot be provided and/or all entries submitted by that entrant and/or forfeit the entrant’s rightto a prize. Purchase
receipt(s) must clearly specify:(a) the store of purchaseas an eligiblestore;(b) the required product/s or service/s to be
purchased for entry; and (c) that the purchasewas made duringthe Promotional Period and prior to entry.
11. If a prize(or portion of a prize) is unavailablethe Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(or that portion of the
prize) to a prizeof equal or greater valueand/or specification,subjectto any written directions of a regulatory authority.
12. No entry fee is charged by the Promoter to enter the Promotion. Where entry is allowed online,there is no additional costto
enter the Promotion other than any costpaid by the entrant to access the website or social media platformof entry via their
Internet serviceprovider.
13. Each prizewill be awarded to the person named in the respective winningentry and any entry that is made on behalf of an
entrant or by a third party will beinvalid.If there is a disputeas to the identity of an entrant or winner, the Promoter
reserves the right, in its solediscretion,to determine the identity of the entrant or winner.
14. Entrants’ personal information will becollected by the Promoter. Personal information will bestored on the Promoter’s
database.The Promoter may use this information for future marketing purposes regardingits products,includingcontacting
the entrant electronically.The Promoter is bound by the Australian Privacy Principles in accordancewith the Privacy Act

policy contains information abouthow the entrant may access,updateand seek correction of the personal information the

legislation.If the entrant does not provide their personal information as requested,they may be ineligibleto enter or claima
prize in the Promotion. Personal information collected from entrants will notbe disclosed to any entity located outsideof
Australia.
15. For the purposes of public statements and advertisements, the Promoter may only publish the winner’s surname, initial and
State/Territory or postcode of residence.
16. It is a condition of acceptingthe prize that a winner (or their parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18) may be required
to sign a legal releaseas determined by the Promoter in its absolutediscretion,prior to receivinga prize. If a winner is under
the age of 18,a nominated parent or legal guardian of the winner will be required to sign the legal releaseon the winner’s
behalf.
17. If a prizeis provided to the Promoter by a third party, the prizeis subjectto the terms and conditions of the third party prize
supplier and the provision of the prizeis the soleresponsibility of the third party and not the Promoter. The terms and
conditions which apply to the prize at the time it is issued to the winner will prevail over these Conditions of Entry, to the
extent of any inconsistency.The Promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any delay or failureby the third party to
deliver the prize, any delay or failurerelatingto the prizeitself or failureby the third party to meet any of its obligationsin
these Conditions of Entry or otherwise.
18. Any guarantee or warranty given is in addition to any relevantstatutory guarantees and warranties and nothing in these
Conditions of Entry restricts,excludes or modifies or purports to restrict,exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights
under any applicablelawincludingtheCompetition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
19. If for any reason any aspectof this Promotion is not capableof runningas planned,includingby reason of computer virus,
communications network failure,bugs,tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud,technical failureor any causebeyond
the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its solediscretion cancel,terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and
invalidateany affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
20. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to validateand check the authenticity of entries and entrant’s details (including
an entrant’s identity, age and placeof residence). In the event that a winner cannotprovide suitableproof as required by the
Promoter to validatetheir entry, the winner will forfeitthe prizein whole and no substitute will beoffered. Incomplete,
indecipherable,inaudible,incorrectand illegibleentries,as applicable,will atthe Promoter’s discretion be deemed invalid
and not eligibleto win. Entries containingoffensiveor defamatory comments, or which breach any lawor infringeany third
party rights,includingintellectual property rights,are not eligibleto win. The useof any automated entry software or any
other mechanical or electronic means that allows an individual to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and may
render all entries submitted by that individual invalid.
21. The Promoter acts as agent for and on behalf of LD&D Milk Pty Limited, LD&D Foods Pty Limited, Berri Pty Limited,
Butterfields Specialty Foods Pty Ltd, Dairy Farmers Pty Limited, Dairy ValeFoods Pty Ltd and QUD Pty Ltd in accordancewith
the agency arrangements detailed more specifically by callingthePromoter’s consumer enquiry centre. You expressly
acknowledge the appointment of the Promoter by the companies listed aboveas agent of those companies. All acts by the
Promoter in connection with this agreement are acts taken on behalf of the companies listed above as agent of those
companies.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries in the event of non-compliancewith these Conditions of Entry. In the
event that there is a disputeconcerningthe conduct of the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter is final and bindingon
each entrant and no correspondence will beentered into.
23. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will notbe liablefor any loss (including,without limitation,indirect,
special or consequential lossor loss of profits),expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained
(whether or not arisingfromany person’s negligence or wilful misconduct) in connection with this Promotion or acceptingor
usingany prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannotbe excluded by law(in which casethat liability is
limited to the minimum allowableby law).

24. The entrant will participatein and co-operate as required with all reasonablemarketingand editorial activities relatingto the
Promotion, including(butnot limited to) being recorded, photographed, filmed or interviewed and acknowledges that the
Promoter may use any such marketing and editorial material withoutfurther reference or compensation to them.
25. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implicationsand the entrant must seek their own independent financial
advicein regards to the tax implications relatingto the prize or acceptance of the prize.
26. Failureby the Promoter to enforce any of its rights atany stage does not constitute a waiver of these rights.
