1. Active Networks PTY Limited is the Publisher of this competition.
2. Gunners Barracks is the promoter and resides at End of Suakin Drive, Georges Heights, NSW 2088.
3. Any transaction that occurs as a result of this competition is between the winner and the promoter.
4. The competition will commence on Wednesday 28th March 2018 and finish at 5pm on Monday 30th April 2018.
5. The draw will take place at the Publisher’s premises. The winner will be notified by phone, email or through the Peninsula Living and North Shore Living magazines.
6. The prize certificate can be collected from Active Networks at Unit 225, 117 Old Pittwater Road, Brookvale, NSW 2100.
7. Rules of entry are governed by the contest rules and the General Competition Entry Rules.
8. This is a game of chance. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition will be final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods and services. If for any reason a winner does not take the prize by the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited.
10. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.

Three course lunch menu, one glass of sparkling wine per person, one tea or coffee per person and three side dishes for the table served with the main courses.
The voucher must be redeem in full when presented and is valid for 8 guests.
The inclusions can not be altered.
Should 8 guests not be able to attend no credits will be given.
Not redeemable for cash.
Available for a la carte lunches Monday to Friday only.
Not valid on public holidays or special event days.
Not available on Saturday or Sunday.
Not valid for use during NSW school holidays.
The gift certificate is valid for 6 months, must be redeemed by November 30th 2018. Failure to use the voucher before this date will result in the winner forfeiting their prize.

Sparkling High Tea for Two valued at $110
Sparkling Afternoon Tea for Two 2 includes the following:
Traditional Afternoon tea for two people served with one glass of Australian sparkling wine per person and tea or coffee.
The voucher must be redeem in full when presented and is valid for two guests only.
Should two guests not be able to attend no credits will be given.
The inclusions can not be altered.
Not redeemable for cash.
Available Monday to Friday only.
Not valid on public holidays or special event days.
Not available on Saturday or Sunday.
Not valid for use during NSW school holidays.
