prize is for or relates to a New Zealand Ski Adventure For You And Three Mates. winner is unwilling or unable to travel to the designated destination, they forfeit the prize and the Promoter is not obliged to substitute the prize.

prize elements as stipulated above must be redeemed on the dates 30th August 2019 through to 3rd September 2019 to coincide with The North Face Frontier event.
prize in its entirety, or part thereof, is prohibited. prize, and any elements of the prize, are strictly non-transferable.
prize value are paid for by the winner(s).
prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers.
prize provider(s), if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize (or an element of the prize) at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash or a substitute prize.

winner and their travel companions must be the holders of a valid passport with at least 6 months validity remaining based on date of entry back into Australia, if traveling from Australia, otherwise, the winner(s) will forfeit the prize.
winner and their companions to arrange any necessary visas to travel to New Zealand. prize winner and their companions do not arrange for such required visas in sufficient time, they will forfeit the prize.
prize cannot be redeemed due to unforseen circumstances (e.g. weather conditions), the winner will forfeit this element of the prize and will have no claim against The Urban List or any participating venues / partners.
winner and the three friends travelling with the winner are required to take out travel insurance for the duration of their trip, with cover for snow sports. prize (or recommendation), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). winner will be notified by email within two (2) business days of selection. winner will be published on the Urban List Instagram Page (www.instagram.com/urbanlist) on the 5th of August 2019.

Prize must be claimed by 8/08/19 at 2:00 pm AEDT. prize, the prize will be redrawn on 09/08/19 at 2:30 pm AEDT at Urban List, 66-68 Cubitt St, Cremorne, VIC 3121. winner of the redraw will be notified by phone and email within two (2) business days of the redraw.

prize is won by a person under the age of 18, the prize may be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian and where applicable to the prize a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age.
winner within 3 days following reasonable attempts, the winner may forfeit their right to the prize.
