The Promotion commences at 9.00am on Monday 25th October 2021 (AEST) and concludes at 11.59pm on Sunday 12th December 2021 (AEST) (“Promotion Period”).
The Major Prize draw will take place at 12:00pm (AEST) on Tuesday 14th December 2021 at J&C Advertising, Suite 5.02, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018. The first three (3) Eligible Entrants drawn will win a $1,000 (AUD) Visa Gift Card each. The total prize pool is $3,000 (AUD).
How to Enter:
1. Like or follow the Swimart Australia Facebook or Instagram page.
2. Click the Entry Link below.
3. Upload a photo of their backyard pool or spa holiday and
4. Complete the online entry form, read and accept these Terms and Conditions by clicking the appropriate box and then click ‘submit’ to submit the completed entry form within the Promotion Period.
Entrants are required to take full responsibility for the content of their Entry and for ensuring their Entry complies with these Terms and Conditions. Incomplete and illegible Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries that breach these Terms and Conditions will also be invalid. If an Entry is invalid or if an entrant is unable or refuses to take part in any element of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to discard that entrant’s Entry and proceed as if that entrant had not entered the Promotion.
Entrants can only enter in their own name. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of residency and proof of age identification (to the Promoter’s satisfaction in its discretion).
Each Entry must fully comply with the entry requirements applicable for this Promotion. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Major Prizes will only be awarded following winner validation and verification that the Promoter requires. If for any reason the Promoter becomes aware after an entrant has won the Prize that the entrant has not complied with these Terms and Conditions or that their Entry is otherwise invalid, that entrant will have no entitlement to the Major Prize, even if the entrant has been announced as a Major Prize Winner. In this event, the entrant will be required, at the discretion of the Promoter, to return, refund or otherwise make restitution of the Prize as the case may be.
Major Prize:
Three (3) Winners will win:
1 x each (Issued in denominations of $500). The Total Major Prize pool is $3,000 (AUD). Winners will be drawn as follows:
1 x $1,000 Visa Gift Card winner from QLD
1 x $1,000 Visa Gift Card winner from NSW/ACT
1 x $1,000 Visa Gift Card winner from VIC/SA
If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
The Winners will be notified by the email provided on the Entry before 5.00pm (AEST) on the same day that the relevant draw is made. The Major Prize Draw Winners must confirm, in writing, their acceptance of the Prize by Friday 17th December 2021.
Fulfilment of the Visa Gift Card prizes may take up to 7 working days for delivery depending on the card destination. All cards will be delivered to the Winner’s postal address provided during the verification process.
All reasonable steps to notify the Winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Winner will be published on Monday 20th December 2021 on the Page in a prominent place for a period of time determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The promoter may conduct an unclaimed Prize draw three (3) months after the original date of the Prize Draw to distribute any unclaimed Prizes (“Unclaimed Prize Draw”) subject to any written directions given by a relevant lottery or gaming authority. This will take place at 12pm AEDT Tuesday 15th March 2022 at J&C Advertising, Suite 5.02, 77 Dunning Ave, Rosebery NSW 2018. The Winner/s of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified by the email they provided on their Entries on by Wednesday 16th March 2022 and must confirm, in writing, their acceptance of the Prize on the date specified by the Promoter.
