Conditions of Entry
By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to be bound by these Conditions.
The Promoter is Insurance Australia Limited ABN 11 000 016 722 trading as SGIO of 46 Colin Street, West Perth, Western Australia.
The Promotion Period commences at 9.00am AWST on Saturday 1 April 2017 and closes at 5.00pm AWST on Monday 28 August 2017.
An Entrant is any Australian resident that successfully completes an Entry. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the Promotion are ineligible to be Entrants.
To complete an Entry, Entrants must register at sgio.com.au/moments, accurately complete all requested information in the entry form including voting for their favourite Subi moment and submit so that it is received:
for Prize Draw 1, between 9.00am AWST on the Opening Date and 5.00pm AWST on the Closing Date; and
for all other Prize Draws, between 5.01pm AWST on the Opening Date and 5.00pm AWST on the Closing Date for the relevant Prize Draw.
Entrants must complete an Entry for each Prize Draw for which they wish to be entered. One Entry only is permitted per Entrant per Prize Draw. An Entry is deemed to be received at the time of it being recorded in the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission of any Entry. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible Entries will be deemed invalid.
The Prizes are:
(Grand Final Prize) Two tickets to the 2017 Toyota AFL Grand Final, 2 return airfares between the Winner’s nearest capital city and Melbourne, 2 nights’ accommodation in Melbourne, 2 tickets to a West Coast Eagles function and $1,000 spending money. AFL Authorised On-Seller GFAFL17/21. The Grand Final Prize is valued at $5,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Corporate Box Prize) Ten tickets to a corporate box at a West Coast Eagles home qualifying game where the Winner and their nine guests will enjoy the facilities and services of a corporate box including complimentary food and beverages. Each Corporate Box Prize is valued at $7,500 and 2 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Away Game Prize) Two tickets to the Western Bulldogs vs West Coast Eagles game at Etihad Stadium on Saturday 1st July 2017, 2 return airfares between the Winner’s nearest capital city and Melbourne and 2 nights’ accommodation in Melbourne. The Away Game Prize is valued at $4,260 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Coin Toss Prize) Two tickets to a West Coast Eagles game where the Winner and their guest will meet the captains of the competing teams and the Winner will toss the coin prior to the commencement of the game. The Coin Toss Prize is valued at $2,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Junior Mascot Prize) Four tickets to a West Coast Eagles game for the Winner, a child aged between 5-12 years and two other guests. The child will be a West Coast Eagles mascot for the game, will receive a full West Coast Eagles team kit and run out on the ground with the team during their warm up. The Junior Mascot Prize is valued at $2,000 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Awards Night Prize) Two tickets to 2017 West Coast Eagles John Worsfold Medal night to be held on Friday 6th October, 2017 at Crown Perth where the Winner and their guest will enjoy dinner and entertainment. The Awards Night Prize is valued at $540 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Signed Sherrin Prize) One 2017 AFL Sherrin ball signed by the West Coast Eagles Senior Leadership Group. The Signed Sherrin Prize is valued at $495 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Signed Guernsey Prize) One 2017 West Coast Eagles guernsey signed by the West Coast Eagles Senior Leadership Group. The Signed Guernsey Prize is valued at $495 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Gala Auction Prize) Two tickets to a West Coast Eagles Gala Auction on Friday 26th May, 2017 at Crown Perth where the Winner and their guest will enjoy dinner including beverages. The Gala Auction Prize is valued at $440 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Dinner with the Boys Prize) Dinner for the Winner and two guests with 2 West Coast Eagles players for one hour (date, time and location to be confirmed). The Dinner with the Boys Prize is valued at $400 and 1 Winner will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
(Family Pass Prize) Four tickets to a West Coast Eagles game. Each Family Pass Prize is valued at $220 and 40 Winners will be drawn in accordance with clause 8.
A Prize Draw will be conducted at 4.00pm AEST at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW on each of the Prize Draw Dates set out in the tables below. For each Prize Draw, the tables set out the Prizes on offer and how the Winners will be determined.

Grand Final Prize
Winners will be contacted within two days of the relevant Prize Draw and sent email confirmation that will provide details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners’ names will also be published at sgio.com.au/win.
Due to the time-sensitive nature of certain Prizes, if a Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, the Promoter will conduct a further draw on the next business day after the relevant Prize Claim Date, at the same time and location as the original Prize Draw, in order to distribute that unclaimed Prize (Redraw). In the case of a winner of a Redraw, they will be contacted within two days of the Redraw and provided with details of how to claim their Prize.
Prizes will only be distributed in Australia and all components of each Prize are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any additional costs associated with the taking of a Prize – including transportation and meals – and any expense incurred beyond the specified Prize will be the responsibility of the Winner. The Promoter advises that dress codes and other restrictions may be applicable to the taking of a Prize. Where a Winner is aged under 18 years, they must utilise one of their Prize’s guest tickets for an accompanying parent or guardian (18 years and older).
The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, at any time for any reason, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of, the Promotion or taking a Prize and Entrants – and where applicable, Entrants’ parent or guardian – release the Promoter from any such liability.
The Promoter will collect, hold, use and disclose personal information provided by Entrants in accordance with its Privacy Policy available at com.au/privacy. Entrants – and where applicable, Entrants’ parent or guardian – agree and consent to the Promoter:
using and disclosing the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of conducting the Promotion and providing information about the Promoter’s products, services and other offers in any media; and
using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for any purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
