To celebrate the reinvented rockpool, we are giving one mini explorer the chance to discover Sydney’s underwater playgrounds by winning an adventure with Robbie the Rockpool Expert.

Incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid

The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry which in the opinion of the promoter includes objectionable content profanity potentially insulting inflammatory or defamatory statements disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has in the opinion of the promoter engaged in conduct in entering the promotion which is fraudulent misleading deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promotion and/or the promoter

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any late lost or misdirected entries including delays in the posting of responses due to technical disruptions network congestion or for any other reason

The promoter and their associated agencies and companies assume no responsibility for any error omission interruption deletion defect and delay in operation or transmission a communication line failure theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries and reserve the right to take any action that may be available

Winner will be notified by merlin entertainments on monday 28 september 2020

Winners and their party must agree to sign a waiver form prior to departing on the rockpool excursion

Prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the prize supplier’s requirements

To enter participants must visit facebook.com/sydneyaquarium and tell us beneath the competition post in 25 words or less what makes you the best rockpool explorer

Winner will meet Robbie at a Sydney beach where they will uncover hidden tidal pool homes and learn about the array of sea life residing within.

winner will be selected by the Merlin Entertainments Australia team, chance plays no part in determining the Winners.

winner will be notified by Merlin Entertainments on Monday 28 September 2020
Prize must be redeemed between the dates of 29 September and 10 October 2020, on a date agreed by Merlin Entertainments and the winner
Prize for one winner includes:
prize day photographed and shared through various channels including social media and media outlets.
winners to provide proof of identity; proof of identification, residency and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
winner if the Promoter becomes aware that the winner and/or the winner’s entry is of a type described in this clause.
Winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18.
Winners may bring up to four people on the adventure.
Winners and their party must agree to sign a waiver form prior to departing on the rockpool excursion
Prize consists only of the elements detailed above; all additional expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.
