winner does not hold a valid driving license, the winner of the Event Competition will be solely responsible for transport costs;
winner must be aged twenty five (25) or older for the Car Rental insurance policy. prize supplier agrees to cover the basic level of insurance for the Car Rental, however, the Event Competition winner will be solely responsible for any additional costs incurred for the Car Rental including but not limited to, higher level of insurance; damages to the Car Rental, any excess insurance fees and any fines incurred during the Car Rental period;

Prize must be booked through IMG Culinary, Gourmet Escape marketing team prior to 12th October 2018. prize supplier, any changes may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee at the cost of the winner. winner resides in Perth, the travel element (flights and airport transfers) will be forfeited and transfers to and from home will be arranged instead.
Prize winner and their travel companion, will not accrue any frequent flyer points from taking the Major Prize.
