Prize the winner and their travel companion agree upon reasonable request of the promoter and without remuneration to participate in all promotional activities relating to the competition including but not limited to being interviewed or photographed and consent to the promoter and its related bodies corporate using their name and image in promotional material

Prize Draw
winners will be drawn via a random electronic draw at 1 Billabong Place, Burleigh Heads QLD 4220 at 9.00am on 12 August 2020 (“Prize Draw Date”) and the prize will be awarded to the first valid entry drawn following winner validation and verification (“Winner”).
Winner will win:
winner’s closest capital city to and from Nadi International Airport (valued at up to $3,000AUD)
Prize value is $9,670 AUD.
Winner will be notified via email within one (1) business day of the draw. Winner will also be announced on www.roxyaustralia.com.au on 13 August 2020 for a period of 30 days. Winner must respond to the Promoter or its designee’s notification email and provide all requested information by 12 November 2020. Winner will be required to prove eligibility and may be required to complete, sign, and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release form and other applicable documents to receive and claim any Prize. Winner shall authorise all checks regarding their identity and their domicile. Winner are final, binding and non-appealable. Winner cannot be contacted, is disqualified, fails to meet the requirements of these Terms and Conditions or fails to claim the Prize by 6.00pm (AEDT) on 13 November 2020, the next person drawn after the Winner on the Prize Draw Date (“Winner 2”) will be deemed the winner. Winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize and hence, will have no claim to the Prize.
Winner 2 will be notified by email and/or telephone within one (1) business day of 13 November 2020.

winner can nominate one person to accompany them on the Prize trip. winner is under the age of 18, at the discretion of the Promoter, the Promoter may award the Prize to the winner’s parent(s) or legal guardian(s) and the person accompanying the winner on the Prize trip must be their parent or legal guardian.
winner and their travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. winner’s home and the departure point do not form part of the Prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
winner (and their travel companion) must satisfy the Promoter as to their health and fitness for travel. Prize, winner (and their travel companion) may be required to sign a legal document as and in the form required by the Promoter in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity.
Prize, including any activities, events, transportation and travel related to the Prize, involve inherent risk of death, injury or illness and, during the course of such activities or as a consequence thereof, you may die, be injured, fall ill or lose personal property. prize you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and you assume all risks of physical illness, injury or death, any loss, damage or destruction of personal property, which may result, directly or indirectly, from providing accepting and/or utilizing the Prize, including but not limited to travel to or from, stays at the accommodation, engaging in any activity associated with the Prize.
