RANDOM 30 – SHAWN MENDES
The following SPECIFIC COMPETITION RULES apply for all general contests and promotions in “RANDOM 30”
program run by Grant Broadcasters Pty Ltd ACN 000 667 and related companies (the Promoter). By entering into the
competition related to “THE CAMPUS” program, you (the Entrant) acknowledge, accept and agree to:
(a) the SPECIFIC COMPETITION RULES below;
(b) the Promoter’s GENERAL PRIZEWINTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS available at
https://www.hot91.com.au/info/competition-conditions; and
(c) the Promoters’ privacy policy available at https://www.hot91.com.au/info/privacy-policy,
as amended from time to time.

4. METHOD OF ENTRY:
Listeners will need to listen to the Random30 countdown weeknights from 7pm for the number 1 song, it could
play at any time. They will then need to register it with their details at the radio station website.
5. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES:
One Major Prize will be awarded which includes;
Return economy airfares from the winners nearest capital city to LA
2 tickets to Shawn Mendes in LA
3 nights accommodation in min 3 star accommodation
Transfers from airport to hotel in LA
All meals, insurance, Visas and other incidentals are at the expense of the prize winner. Prize contents or description may change
at the discretion of Grant Broadcasters.
6. SELECTION OF WINNERS:
All winning Entrants will be randomly drawn by Random30 content staff at 17 Carnaby Street Maroochydore on
the nominated prize draw closure date. The Promoter will notify the winning Entrant by telephone or email. The
winning Entrants will collect the prize according to the process set by the Promoter.
7. ELGIBILITY TO ENTER:
The eligibility criteria set out in clause 3.1 of the GENERAL PRIZEWINTER TERMS AND CONDITIONS apply. In
addition, the associated sponsors, suppliers, agencies and prize providers and employees and the immediate
families of them and their employees are not eligible to enter.
8. SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Winner must be 18 years or over and both the winner and their companion must have a valid passport.
Winner is responsible for all travel requirements including Visas to enter the United State.

9. ONSENT TO PUBLICITY AND USE OF PRIVATE INFORMATION
(a) All Entrants’ details are automatically entered on the Promoter’s promotions database. The Promoter also
maintains a record of winning Entrants’ details.
(b) By entering a prize draw in any contest or promotion related to “THE CAMPUS” program, each Entrant
consents to his or her personal information (as that term is defined in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth)) being used
for:
(i) the purpose of distribution of the prize by the Promoter and third parties;
(ii) publicity purposes by the Promoter for the purpose of the “THE CAMPUS” program, including broadcast
on radio and publication online and on social media of the Entrant’s first and last name, the Entrant’s
suburb and state of residence, and the Entrant’s likeness, voice and character if that Entrant is the
winner;
(iii) direct marketing by sponsors, suppliers, agencies and prize providers for goods and services (Entrants
can elect to opt out at any time by selecting ‘unsubscribe’ when they receive direct marketing material);
and
(iv) direct marketing by the Promoter for future competitions and other goods and services (Entrants can elect
to opt out at any time by selecting ‘unsubscribe’ when they receive direct marketing material).
10. PROMOTER’S DISCRETION
To the full extent permitted by law, all aspects of any prize draw in any contest or promotion related to “THE
CAMPUS” program are at the Promoter’s absolute discretion, including that the Promoter may make any change
at any time and that the Promoter may not complete the prize draw or not award the prize for any reason.
11. RELEASE FROM LIABILITY
Each Entrant releases from, and indemnifies the Promoter, the participating stations in clause 1, the associated
sponsors, suppliers, agencies and prize providers, and their related bodies corporate against, all loss, (including
but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), damage, expense and personal injury which is suffered or
sustained (including without limitation to that caused by any person’s negligence) arising from the participation in
any prize draw in any contest or promotion related to “THE CAMPUS” program including collection of any prize,
except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case liability is limited to the minimum amount
allowable by law).
