Prize winner will be notified in writing via email within two (2) days of the draw, and their name and locality will be published on the Promoter’s Website on 12/12/2018 and will remain on the Promoter’s Website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. Prize winner of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. Prize winner must notify the Promoter in writing of their three (3) preferred travel dates within the Redemption Period by 31/01/2019 and the prize must be booked and redeemed by 31/11/2019 or the prize is forfeited. Prize is subject to availability and excludes the following blackout periods: 26/01/2019–28/01/2019, 01/02/2019–04/02/2019, 13/04/2019–28/04/2019, New South Wales and Queensland public holidays and New South Wales and Queensland school holidays.

prize will be notified to the Major Prize winner by the Promoter in writing at least four (4) weeks in advance of the relevant travel dates. prize must be taken together and when offered or are forfeited. Prize winner and their companion(s) must conduct themselves in a responsible, courteous and friendly manner at all times whilst participating in the prize. prize and participation in the prize is subject to any prevailing terms and conditions of travel/accommodation/transfers/services suppliers, event organisers and any other prize suppliers, and in particular behaviour and safety requirements. Prize winner and their companion(s) must follow all reasonable directions given by the Promoter and any prize supplier during the course of their participation in the prize, including all directions in relation to responsible consumption of alcohol, behaviour and safety. prize supplier reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to disqualify, sanction and/or eject a Major Prize winner and/or their companion(s) from the travel prize, or to refuse participation in certain activities, on the grounds of inappropriate behaviour or safety reasons, or for any breach of these Conditions of Entry generally.
