RACV members have the chance to win one of five family passes ($55 for two adults and 2 children) to Escape to the island of Lemurs.
Competition closes 11.59pm, Monday, 1 September 2014.
Total prize package: $275. No RACV employees or their families can enter. Competition is restricted to one entry per RACV member; additional entries will result in the entrant being disqualified from the competition. The draw will take place on Tuesday, 2 September 2014 at 9.30am at Level 5, 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Melbourne VIC.
Winners will be notified by email and their name will be published on the competitions page at royalauto.com.au.
TERMS AND CONDITITONS
Escape to the island of Lemurs
1. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of the conditions of entry.
2. Any RACV member who completes an online entry form, available from royalauto.com.au during the Promotion Period will be entered in the draw. Competition commences 11.59am Thursday, 21 August and closes 11.59pm Monday, 1 September (the Promotion Period).
3. Competition entry is restricted to one entry per person. Additional entries will result in entrant being disqualified from the Competition.
4. This competition is won by chance and entrants are not judged on the quality of their entry.
5. All employees of the promoter or its related bodies corporate and the immediate families of such employees are ineligible to enter. The competition is restricted to residents of the State of Victoria.
6. Any eligible RACV member can enter the competition once only.
7. The draw will take place at 9.30am on Tuesday, 2 September 2014 at 550 Princes Hwy, Noble Park North, Victoria.
8. The prize is a family in-season pass to the movie Escape to the Island of Lemurs: 3D at Melbourne IMAX Theatre, Rathdowne St, Carlton. Each pass is valued at $55, with a total prize pool worth $275.
9. The first five valid entries drawn will win a prize.
10. Valid for an in-season screening of the movie, subject to entry conditions contained on the passes. Not valid Tuesdays and Saturdays after 5pm or public holidays.
11. The winner will be notified by email and/or telephone and the winners details will be published online at royalauto.com.au.
12. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or taken as cash.
13. The promoter’s decision is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

15. RACV may substitute or change the supplier of the prize or substitute prizes with cheques to the cash value of prizes at its absolute discretion.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate. The promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, personal injury or death relating to acceptance and use of prizes by winners.
17. The personal information submitted in an entry is collected by the Promoter and will be used for the purpose of conducting the promotion. Personal information supplied by entrants may be provided to related bodies corporate or agencies of the Promoter and third parties involved in promoting or conducting the promotion for the purposes of conducting the promotion and future marketing and publicity communications.
