Terms and Conditions – Priceline Pinky Awards Promotion
How to enter and conditions of entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, 250 Camberwell Road, Camberwell VIC 3124; ABN 18 005 968 310; Ph: 1300 88 44 11 (Promoter).
3. This offer is open to all Australian residents who vote in the Priceline Health & Beauty ”Pinky” Awards (in association with media partner News Limited’s Body and Soul) during the awards period (29/07/2014 – 29/08/2014). Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.
4. The competition commences on 29/07/2014 at 01:00:00AM AEDT, and concludes on 29/08/2014 at 11:59:59PM AEST (Promotional Period). Priceline Sister Club and Beauty Club members will be able to vote from 29/07/2014 by following an e-mailed link sent by Priceline Pty Ltd to members’ email addresses promoting the Priceline Health & Beauty Awards. All other entrants may enter via the Pinky Awards website from 01/08/2014.
5. To vote in the Priceline Health & Beauty Awards entrants must go to www.priceline.com.au/pinkyawards (via an online entry form). By entering their details, entrants will automatically go into the draw to win that day’s daily prize pack and the major prize. Participants will receive only one entry per complete entry form, consisting of a vote in every category – or selecting ‘Not Applicable’ to the categories the entrant does not wish to vote in.
6. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their postal address, phone number and/or email information, is correct and up to date when entering this promotion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.
7. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.
How winners will be determined and notified
8. All prizes will be drawn at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124. For all prizes the Promoter will utilise an electronic draw system that has been approved to draw trade promotion lotteries electronically subject to and in accordance with the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 2008; Approval no: 906
9. There will be one minor prize winner per day (24 hour period) of the Promotional Period and one major prize winner for the entire Promotional Period. The winning minor prize entries will be randomly drawn at [12pm] on the following dates:

10. The major prize winner will be drawn on [30/08/2014] at [12pm]. The major prize winner will be notified by telephone and in writing by e-mail on the 30/08/2014
11. Winners names will be published on www.priceline.com.au in the week commencing 08/09/2014.
12. If any prize is not claimed by 5:00PM AEST on 01/12/2014, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 12:00PM AEST on 02/12/2014 at the same location as the original draw. The winners of this draw will be notified in writing by email and the names of the winners will be published on www.priceline.com.au in the week commencing 01/12/2014.
Major Prize:
13. The major prize pack will consist of:
14. “A Taste of Cabarita” 3 night stay for 4 people in a Signature Suite (twin share) at the Cabarita Ocean Health Retreat (768 Casuarina Way, Casuarina, NSW, 2487). The prize pack is to the maximum value of $4,600 and includes fresh organic and seasonal meals daily, signature suite accommodation, Swedish massage or facial, health assessment, daily scheduled health program, water sports and one cooking class per person. It also includes return airport transfer to and from the retreat and Coolangatta/Gold Coast airport.
15. The major prize also includes return domestic flights from the winner’s nearest capital city to Coolangatta/Gold Coast airport for 4 people, up to the value of $3000.
16. The package is valid for 12 months from the 01/09/2014 and cannot be redeemed for cash. It is subject to availability (excludes Easter, school holidays and the Christmas period and may exclude weekend check-ins).
17. The prize does not include any additional spending money and all extra travel requirements (travel insurance, excess baggage, spending money, additional meals, drinks, transfers and all other expenses not included in the prize) are at the expense of the winner(s). The prize pack cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

19. If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years at the time of claiming the major prize, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or legal guardian on behalf of the prize winner.
20. The minor prize packs will be delivered to the postal address provided by the entrant at the time of entry.
21. The Promoter does not take responsibility for any cancellations or changes in booking that may result in forfeiting the appointment and fee. Prize winners are required to adhere to the specific policies outlined by the provider.

The prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. 24. The Promoter collects entrants’ personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. Entrants’ personal information may be disclosed to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names published as required under the relevant lottery legislation.
25. The contact details of the winning entries may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its related companies will not accept liability or claims relating to or in connection with this promotion, including, but not limited to, death or injury to any person or loss of property, and any change in value of the prizes occurring between the publishing date and the date the prizes are claimed.
27. The maximum prize value of the minor prizes will be $4,171.19. The total prize value of the promotion is $7,181.82.
