Entry to this Promotion is open to all residents of Australia over the age of 18 who are not employees or immediate families of the Promoter (“Eligible Entrants”). Immediate family includes spouse, ex-spouse, defacto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
This Promotion commences at 12.01am AEST on Friday 9th July 2021 and closes at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday 30th September 2021 (“Promotion Period”).
How To Enter
To enter this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must complete the following steps:
a. click the Entry Link below
b. complete all the fields of the entry form’, including but not limited to their
names, email address, phone number, postcode and date of birth, entry question and vehicle information; and
c. complete the following entry question in 25 words or less: “What first camping adventure would you take if you won the “X-Treme Camping Combo” Major Prize?, then click “submit” to enter in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry during the Promotion Period (collectively known as the “Entries”).
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of Entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an Entry, which is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
The entry question answers will be judged on creativity by a special committee convened by the Promoter and the selection of 20 “Winners” (1 x “Major Prize Winner” and 19 x “Minor Prize Winners”) will take place on Monday 11th October 2021. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the Winners.
The Winners will be notified no later than 5:00pm on Thursday 21th October 2021.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The 1 “Major Prize” allocated to the 1 Major Prize Winner is comprised of the following:
a. 1 x VW Amarok V6 TDI Highline 4M DC Ute 3.0L 8spd Auto MY21 (“Vehicle”), including 1 year’s registration in the Major Prize Winner’s state or territory, modified with tub liner, side steps, sports bar (rear), hard top, Pedders Suspension & Brakes Kit and Volkswagen Tow Bar. Total Vehicle value after accessory and associated cost is AUD$85,000 including GST;
b. 1 x Dometic “Camping Pack”, including Dometic Hayman 4 AIR – Inflatable Tent, Dometic Hayman 4 Carpet, Dometic Gale 12v Pump, 2 x Sirene Firenze Relaxer Chair, Element Large Table, Dometic CFX3 55IM Portable Fridge or Freezer, Dometic PLB40 Portable Battery, and Dometic CPB101 Portable BBQ. Total Camping Pack value AUD$6,000 including GST; and
c. 1 x “G’day Parks Gift Voucher” valued at AUD$500 including GST.
The total Major Prize value is AUD$91,500 including GST, depending on the Winner’s home state or territory.
The Vehicle includes compulsory third party insurance; stamp duty, GST (if applicable) and delivery charges.
