To enter the promotion entrants must complete the entry form in full on pacificwerribee.com.au and agree to have their contact details added to the pacific werribee database
The number of entries for each entrant is limited to one per promotion period
The winning entrants must respond to the promoter to confirm receipt of the notification and confirm prize collection within five 5 days of receiving notification of their winning entry from the promoter
Only winning entries that have responded to the promoter in accordance with these terms and conditions will be entitled to collect their prize
