Entry into the Promotion commences at: 12:00PM AEST Monday 11 September 2023.
Entry into the Promotion closes at: 12:00PM AEST Friday 15 September 2023.
How to Enter:
Entrants may enter the Promotion in any of the following ways:
1. Website Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Why would you love 3 months of Disney+ ?”
AND/OR
2. Nova App Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Why would you love 3 months of Disney+ ?”
AND/OR
3. Phone Entry:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will invite entrants to call 13 24 10 during a specified time period;
(b) each entrant who successfully calls 13 24 10 and appears on-air for the purposes of the Promotion will be asked the following question:
“Why would you love 3 months of Disney+ ?”

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:
(a) select up to five (5) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website, Nova Player App and Phone Entries (Selected Entrants);
(b) notify up to five (5) Selected Entrants on their personal mobile number or home phone number (and not a business number) (Personal Contact Number) and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List); and
(c) invite up to five (5) Selected Entrants to appear on-air in the order of “best” entry, followed by next “best” entry and so on (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) to participate in the On-Air Challenge.
4. On Air Challenge:
At various times during the Promotion Period:
(a) the Promoter will have three (3) predetermined trivia questions (Questions) (as decided by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
(b) the Promoter will invite the Selected Entrant deemed to have submitted the “best” entry (Challenger) from the Standby List (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter) to participate in the On-Air Challenge.
(c) that Challenger will be asked to answer the Questions one by one within a specified period of time (as specified by the Promoter and announced on-air at the time of contesting).
(d) should the first Challenger answer all three (3) Questions correctly (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed the winner of that contesting spot and be awarded a Major Prize and Minor Prize.
(e) should the first Challenger not provide the correct response (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) to any Question, they will be awarded a Minor Prize and the Challenge with the next “best” entry will be invited to appear on-air in that Contesting Spot to continue answer the Question/s, and so on until a Challenger successfully answers the third Question (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter).
(f) the Challenger that answers the third and final Question for each Contesting Spot will be deemed a winner and awarded a Major Prize and a Minor Prize.
(g) if no Challenger successfully answers the third and final Question, no Major Prize will be awarded for that Contesting Spot.
(h) the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) provide clues and hints to Challengers during a contesting spot however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so.
(i) each Challenger that is brought on-air during the Promotion Period for the purposes of the Promotion will be awarded a Minor Prize.
