Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6:50pm AEDT Thursday 3 November 2022.

Entry into the Promotion closes at: 10:00am AEDT Thursday 10 November 2022.

How to Enter:

Simple 25 words or less Website Entry:

During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, and register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who would you spend a Simon Curwood Jewellers voucher on thanks to Smallzy?”

AND/OR

Simple 25 words or less Nova Player App Entry:

During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Who would you spend a Simon Curwood Jewellers voucher on thanks to Smallzy?”

All valid Nova Player App and Website Entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria (as determined by the
Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).

At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will:

(a) select up to ten (10) entrants deemed to have submitted the ‘best’ entries (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) from all valid Website and Nova Player App Entries received up until that stage of the Promotion Period (Selected
Entrant);

(b) contact up to ten (10) Selected Entrants by telephone and place them on the standby list for that day (Standby List).

On-Air Challenge:

At various times during the Promotion Period the Promoter (in their sole and absolute discretion) will:

(a) select one (1) Selected Entrant from the relevant day’s Standby List;

(b) contact the Selected Entrant on their Personal Contact Number (in the sole and absolute discretion of the Promoter);

(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within ten (10) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and will be awarded a Prize;
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their Personal Contact Number or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact
another Selected Entrant from the relevant Standby List (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number in the same manner as outlined from (a) to (d).

The Promoter will select up to four (4) winners in total (throughout the Promotion Period) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) and award each of those winners a Prize.
