Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6:00 AEST Friday 30 September 2022.
Entry into the Promotion closes at: 2:30pm AEDT Friday 28 October 2022.
How to Enter:
Entrants may enter the Promotion in either or both of the following ways:
1 – Phone Entry:
During the Promotion Period, entrants who participates in an on-air segment on a station via phone (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air
announcer at the time of entry) will receive one (1) entry into the Draw (subject to the Entry Restrictions below).
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter may conduct bonus Phone Entry days (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion and announced on-air by the on-air announcer at the time of contesting) where entrants who participate in an on-air segment on a station via phone will receive bonus entries into the Draw as outlined by the Promoter on-air (subject to the Entry Restrictions below).
For the avoidance of doubt, up to one hundred and fifty (150) Phone Entries per day from each Eligible State will be placed into the Draw.
AND/OR
2 – Nova Player App Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants may enter the Promotion by downloading the Nova Player App, registering their details and fully completing the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the
manner required.
Subject to the Maximum Number of Entry requirements outlined above, all valid entries received during the Promotion Period via Phone Entry and via the Nova Player App Entry will be placed into the Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
The Promoter will conduct the Draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Draw and Answer a call live on-air:
In accordance with the Draw Details below, the Promoter will:
(a) conduct the Draw;
(b) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the Draw on their Personal Contact Number (Selected Entrant);
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), they will be deemed a winner and awarded the Prize (in the absolute and sole discretion of the Promoter);
(d) if the Selected Entrant does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (c) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the Draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) in the same manner as outlined above;
(e) this process will be repeated until a Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (c) above.
For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter may (but is under no obligation to do so) shortlist up to five (5) entrants drawn from the Draw and contact each of them to ensure they are on standby for the
purposes of the above ‘Answer a call live on-air’ segment. During the above ‘Answer a call live on-air’ segment to announce the Prize winner, the Promoter will contact the entrants in the order in which
they were drawn from the Draw. If an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter for the purposes of being placed on standby, it does not mean they have been deemed the Prize winner and they may not receive a call on-air in the above segment or win the Prize in the Promotion.
