Promotion Period:

NSW (entrants must be the registered owner of a hospitality business registered and operating in NSW)
Age Restriction:
Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) Minor Prize each in the Promotion. The Major Prize winner will also receive a Minor Prize.
How to Enter:
Simple 25 words or less Website Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required on the Website and answer in 25 words or less the question: why do you want to win the $10k tip for your business?
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
During the Promotion Period, the Promoter will select up to ten (10) entries deemed to be the ‘best’ from all valid entries received up until that stage during the Promotion Period (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and will award each of those entrants a Minor Prize.
At the end of the Promotion Period, from the ten (10) Minor Prize winners, the Promoter will select the one (1) entry deemed to be the ‘best’ from all Minor Prize winners and will award that entrant the Major Prize.
Entry Restrictions:
Entrants must be the registered owner of a hospitality business registered and operating in NSW.
To be eligible to win a prize, entrants will be contacted by the Promoter via phone or email and asked to verify (by providing documentary evidence as requested by the Promoter, including but not limited to an ASIC company search, certificate of incorporation or business registration, or other documentation as requested by the Promoter) that they are the registered owner of the business, before they are deemed a winner and awarded a prize. Once verified, the owner’s name and business name may be announced by the Promoter on air when the Minor and/or Major Prizes are awarded.
If the Major Prize winner’s business premises is located within 40km of the Sydney CBD, representatives of the Promoter may award the Major Prize at the winner’s business premises on a date mutually agreed between Nova and the Major Prize winner. Representatives of the Promoter will be onsite at the time to capture content and award a novelty cheque. However, businesses do not need to be located within 40km of the Sydney CBD to win the Major Prize (or a Minor Prize), and such businesses may still be awarded the Major Prize (or a Minor Prize) but will not receive a visit from representatives of the Promoter to capture content and award a novelty cheque.
Judging:
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) between 9am AEST Monday 9 May 2022 and 5pm AEST Friday 27 May 2022 at the Promoter’s premises. All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria.
Judging Criteria:
All valid entries will be judged (by representatives of the Promoter) on originality, creativity and suitability or as otherwise specified by the Promoter (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion).
