Nova 106.9 – Teach of the Year – Win 1 of 5 visits from the Nova Casanovas tot he nominated teacher’s school address
Entry into the Promotion commences at: 6am AEST Wednesday 5 October 2022.
Entry into the Promotion closes at: 12pm AEST Friday 28 October 2022.
How to Enter:
1. Website entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form, register their details in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Tell us in 25 words or less why your nominated teacher deserves the title of Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill’s Teacher of the Year?”
AND/OR
2. Nova Player App Entry:
During the Promotion Period entrants must download the Nova Player App, register their details, complete the entry form for the Promotion under the ‘win’ tab in the manner required and answer in 25 words or less the question:
“Tell us in 25 words or less why your nominated teacher deserves the title of Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill’s Teacher of the Year?”
Each Website and Nova Player App Entry will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter based on the Judging Criteria.
Semi-Finalists:
At various times during the Promotion Period, the Promoter will select up to four (4) entrants judged to have submitted the ‘best’ entry (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute
discretion) from all valid entries submitted up until that stage during the Promotion Period (each, a Selected Entrant).
Subject to receiving evidence from the Selected Entrant that they obtained the express written permission from the entrant’s nominated teacher and authorised representative of the teacher’s
school prior to entering the Promotion, the Promoter will award up to four (4) Selected Entrants a SemiFinalist Prize.
The Selected Entrant’s nominated teacher may be invited to appear on-air at the time of the Selected Entrant receiving the Semi-Finalist Prize, however, Selected Entrants’ nominated teachers do not need
to appear on-air to receive the Semi-Finalist Prize.
Four (4) Selected Entrants and their nominated teachers in total will be selected during the Promotion Period and awarded a Semi-Finalist Prize.
The Selected Entrants will be asked to provide an image and blurb of their nominated teacher for the Promoter’s use during the Promotion Period, subject to the Selected Entrant providing evidence to the
Promoter that they have obtained the express written permission (prior to entering the Promotion) of:
a) a nominated authorised representative of the teacher’s school (being someone at the school in a position to authorise a potential visit to the school by the Nova Casanovas, and mention of the school on the Website and or on-air in connection with the Promotion); and
b) the nominated teacher (including for the nominated teacher’s name, school name and photo to be displayed on the Website for the purposes of voting).
The Promoter will contact the authorised representative of the teacher’s school and nominated teacher directly to confirm consent.
The image and blurb of the four (4) Selected Entrants’ nominated teacher will feature on the Promoter’s Website and be judged in accordance with the Judging Criteria.
Finalist:
From the four (4) Selected Entrants, one (1) Selected Entrant will be deemed a winner (and their nominated teacher named ‘Ash, Luttsy & Susie O’Neill’s Teacher Of The Year’) (based on the Judging Criteria, in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) and awarded the Finalist Prize.
