Entrants and any companions (if applicable) must be: 18 years of age or over.
Maximum Number of Entries:
Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate entry and must independently comply with these Competition Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, unless otherwise expressly stated, entrants may only win one (1) prize each in the Promotion.
How to Enter:
Website entry and draw
During the Promotion Period entrants must visit the Website, complete the online entry form and register their details in the manner required.
Entrants into the Promotion must enter as a pair with one (1) nominated friend (Nominated Friend). Each person within the pair must submit their own individual entry form via the Website, nominating the other person as their Nominated Friend.
Entrants must obtain express consent directly from their Nominated Friend to enter the Promotion and provide the Nominated Friend’s full name to the Promoter, before entering the Promotion.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period (where the two individuals have each submitted an entry form nominating the other person as their Nominated Friend) will be placed into a draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
If an entrant’s Nominated Friend does not submit their own individual entry form via the Website, that entry will not be deemed valid.
The Promoter will conduct the draw in accordance with the Draw Details below.
Answer a call live on-air:
Between 5am AEST and 6am AEST on Monday mornings during the Promotion Period a representative of the Promoter will:
(a) contact the entrant whose valid entry is drawn first in the draw (Selected Entrant) on their Personal Contact Number;
(b) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their Personal Contact Number, using the phrase “Heeyyoooo”, within five (5) rings or by the time it goes to voicemail (the earlier of) (as determined
by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), the Promoter will progress to clause (c) below. For the avoidance of doubt, if the Selected Entrant answers ‘Heyyyyoooooo’ or a variation of such, the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) deem the Selected Entrant to have successfully answered the phone, however the Promoter is under no obligation to do so. All decisions are in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion and are final and no correspondence will be entered into;
(c) if the Selected Entrant successfully answers their phone in accordance with clause (b) above, the Promoter will call their Nominated Friend (as nominated in the Selected Entrant’s entry form, and who must have submitted their own individual entry into the Promotion) on their Personal Contact Number who must successfully answer the phone in the manner outlined in clause (b) above. If the Nominated Friend successfully answers their Personal Contact Number in the manner required, the Selected Entrant and their Nominated Friend will both be deemed a winner and awarded a prize;
(d) if the Selected Entrant and/or their Nominated Friend does not successfully answer their phone in accordance with clause (b) above or if their phone is turned off, engaged, the phone line drops out, or they are inaudible or they are unreachable for any reason, the Selected Entrant and their Nominated Friend will not be deemed a winner or awarded a prize, and the Promoter may (in its sole and absolute discretion) contact a new Selected Entrant, being the Selected Entrant whose valid entry is drawn next in the draw (in the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion) on their Personal Contact Number and repeat steps (a)-(c) above.
