Nectar Mortgages Facebook Travel Competition Terms & Conditions
1. To enter the draw the participant must:
Like the Facebook page of a Nectar Mortgages franchise promoting the competition
using the embedded ‘like’ button on the competition landing;
Click the ‘share’ button embedded on the competition landing page;
Enter their First Name, Last Name and email address into the fields provided;
Click ‘Enter Competition’ (and by doing so the participant agrees to be contacted by
Nectar Mortgages, which is clearly stated).
2. Entry to the draw is possible via any of the Nectar Mortgages franchises promoting the
competition; there is only one prize draw.
3. Each contestant may only enter the draw once.
4. To be eligible to enter the participant must be:
An Australian citizen currently residing in Australia;
Over 18 years of age;
Have a Facebook account (profile).
5. Prize details
The prize is a $1,500 Flight Centre travel voucher which must be redeemed within 12
months of being awarded the prize;
The Flight Centre gift voucher is subject to Flight Centre’s terms and conditions;
The prize cannot be redeemed for cash;
As many people as desired by the winner may take advantage of the prize;
The winner must make their own travel arrangements with Flight Centre;
Any extra expenses associated with the winner’s travel must be paid by the winner.
6. Competition run and draw times:
Start date: 31/08/17;
How will the prize be drawn
Each entrant will be assigned a unique number;
A number will be drawn using an electronic random number generator;
Each entrant will have an equal chance of winning;
The draw will be electronically recorded to verify the draw process.
How will the winner be notified:
The winner of the prize draw will be directly notified on the day of the draw (6/11/17)
via email, a message on their Facebook page and via Facebook Messenger;
At this time Nectar will request the winner’s contact phone number directly from them
and make phone contact to explain the details of the prize and how to redeem it.
The winner will be published on the Nectar website;
The winner must accept the prize within 30 days or a redraw will take place.

The competition will be drawn at 2PM (AEST) Monday 6 November 2017, at the Nectar
Mortgages Head Office, 1102/203 Robina Town Centre Dr, Robina QLD 4226, Australia.

If the winner does not claim the prize within a 30-day period a redraw will take place;
A new winner will be drawn in the same manner as the original prize and the same
announcement process will be followed.
