Commences on Wednesday, 20/09/2017 and ends at 11.59pm AEDST on Tuesday 06/02/2018 (“Promotional Period”).

The first valid entry drawn in each draw will win the following prize package valued at $500 a an opportunity for the winner to present the official nbl game ball at an nbl game of the 2017/2018

Win the following prize package valued at $500 a an opportunity for the winner to present the official nbl game ball at an nbl game of the 2017/2018 regular season taking place at 5.30pm on the first saturday after the relevant draw in their state of residence game) and b two 2 general admission tickets to the game
The promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants including an entrant’s identity age and place of residence and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these terms and conditions tampered with the entry process or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the promotion
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid
Each draw will take place at the promoter’s office level 13 10 queens road melbourne vic 3004 at 3pm on the first business day after entries close for that draw with the first draw taking place on wednesday 4 october 2017 and the last draw taking place on wednesday 7 february 2018
The promoter may draw additional reserve entries in each draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn
The privacy policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out access update or correct their pi how entrants may complain about a breach of the australian privacy principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with
All entries become the property of the promoter
Entrants must have parental/guardian approval to enter and further the parent/guardian of the entrant must read and consent to these terms and conditions

Entries will be divided into groups based on the entrant’s state of residence and what state the upcoming 5.30pm saturday nbl game of the regular season is being played
Entries into each draw close the tuesday before the draw
Entries close for that draw with the first draw taking place on wednesday 4 october 2017 and the last draw taking place on wednesday 7 february 2018
Entries in each draw will be entered into any subsequent draw(s for 5.30pm saturday games conducted in the relevant state
Entries in each draw and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn
Entrants consent to the promoter using their name likeness image and/or voice in the event they are a winner including photograph film and/or recording of the same in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion including any outcome) and promoting any products manufactured distributed and/or supplied by the promoter

prize package valued at $500: (a) an opportunity for the winner to present the Official NBL Game ball at an NBL game of the 2017/2018 regular season taking place at 5.30pm on the first Saturday after the relevant Draw in their State of residence (“Game”); and (b) two (2) general admission tickets to the Game. winner, and/or their parent/guardian, will be contacted by the Promoter and provided with the exact Game date, time and location once they are drawn. winner (and their companion) must make their own way to and from the Game. winner or their companion to attend the Game, including but not limited to transfers and/or accommodation, will be the responsibility of the winner and their companion, and will not be borne by the Promoter. winner’s companion must be aged 18 years or over and either be the winner’s parent or legal guardian, or have written permission from the winner’s parent or legal guardian to accompany the winner to the Game. winner’s companion must accompany the winner and will be responsible for the winner at all times.

prize pool value is $9,500. prizes in each State is as follows: NSW – 6, SA – 4, QLD – 5, VIC – 3 and WA – 1. prize pool value in each State is as follows: NSW: $3,000, SA: $2,000, QLD: $2,500, VIC: $1,500 and WA: $500.
Prizes, or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
