Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over (“Eligible Entrants”).
Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating retailers and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
The Promotion commences at 00.01 (AEST) on 25/06/2014 and closes at 23.59 (AEST) on 16/09/2014 (“Promotion Period”).
To enter, an Eligible Entrant must purchase one of the following five Mrs Mac’s products with specially marked promotional packaging or receive an entry card where Mrs Mac’s are sold unwrapped to obtain their unique entry code: 1. Famous Beef Pie 2. Giant Sausage Roll 3. Beef, Cheese and Bacon Pie 4. Steak and Cheese Pie 5. Spinach and Ricotta Roll from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Eligible entrants can then enter the Mrs Mac’s Miles promotion via the internet or SMS for a chance to win prizes daily and to earn randomly allocated Mrs Mac’s Miles for the opportunity to win a Major Travel Prize package. Entrants also have the opportunity to join teams with friends with a maximum of 4 members. Teams will have their individual Mrs Mac’s Miles added together.
Internet Entry: Entrants visit www.roaadtriiiip.com.au and register the unique code from the qualifying purchase packaging or Entry Card and other details as instructed. SMS Entry: Entrants SMS their code to 0427 842 177 Standard rates apply through user’s provider. Total cost for SMS will not exceed $0.55 including GST.
Entrants have a chance to win prizes from the following in the daily prize draws.
iTunes vouchers valued at $20 each (30 to be won)
Fuel cards valued at $50 each (30 to be won)
Exclusive Mrs Mac’s key rings valued at $1 each (48 to be won)

Daily draws will take place at 1 Rokeby Road, Subiaco, W.A., 6008 at 7.00pm (AEST), with prizes being awarded as follows during the promotional period.

1st draw will be on the 26th June, 2014 and final draw on the 17th September, 2014. Saturday and Sundays – 2 key rings per day (48 in total), Tuesdays and Thursdays

1 x $20 iTunes voucher (24 in total) Wednesdays and Fridays 1 x $50 Fuel Card (24 in total), Alternate prizes on Mondays of 1 x $50 Fuel card and 1 x $20 iTunes voucher starting with a Fuel card prize on the 30th June, 2014 (6 of each in total).
The Major Prize: The individual eligible entrant or team that earns the most Mrs Mac’s Miles during the promotion period will be able to select one (1) of the following prize packages:

Economy class flights for four (4) people from the winner’s nearest capital city
Minimum 3 star twin share accommodation for two (2) nights for four(4) people.
Four (4) x VIP tickets to a one day festival based on a more premium version of general admission in the form of backstage access or reserved seating
On ground transfers to and from the airport to accommodation and transfers to and from the festival to the winner’s accommodation
Prize must be redeemed at a mutually agreed time between the winner and the promoter and cannot be taken during school holidays or on public holidays (unless otherwise agreed between the winner and the promoter).

The Pie High Club – valued up to $25,000.00 RRP
Economy class flights for four (4) people from the winner’s nearest capital city to the Gold Coast. If winner resides in the Gold Coast, fares are not redeemable for cash and no airfares will be provided.
Minimum 3 star twin share accommodation for two (2) nights for four(4) people at Q1 – Gold Coast.
Four (4) x tickets for a hot air balloon ride

Minimum 3 star twin share accommodation for one (1) night per capital city for four(4) people.
Four (4) x tickets to the first day of each Cricket Test Match in the Australia Verses India 2014/15 cricket series in each of the four (4) capital cities.

In the event that there is a tie between individuals or teams at the conclusion of the promotion, a draw for the Major Prize will take place at 11:00 am (AEDST) on 22/09/2014 at Mrs Mac’s Pty. Ltd. 5 – 9 Marchant Way, Morley,W.A. 6062. The Winner will be contacted by telephone and in writing within two working (2) days of the Major Prize Draw and the winner will have their details published on www.roaadtriiiip.com.au by the 26/9/2014.
The total prize pool for the promotion is $27,148.00 (including GST).
In the event that a winner does not accept a prize, including the Major Prize, the Promoter may, in its discretion, undertake a draw for any unclaimed prize. A draw for an unclaimed Major Prize (‘unclaimed Prize draw’) may take place on 5/1/2015 at the same time and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. A winner of an unclaimed Major Prize draw will be notified by telephone and in writing within two (2) days of the draw and their details will be published on www.roaadtriiiip.com.au by 9/1/2015. In the event that the winner (by virtue of an unclaimed Prize draw) selects a prize that due to timing has already passed, the Promoter reserves the right to provide the winner with an alternative prize up to the same value as outlined in clause 9.
The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.
Multiple entries are permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one entry permitted per Qualifying Purchase in accordance with clause 5; (b) each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
Entrants must retain a copy of their purchase receipt(s) for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. The Qualifying Purchase receipt must clearly specify the Mrs Mac’s product purchased and that the purchase was made during the Promotion Period.
The winner and the winner’s chosen travel companions must be able to travel on the dates at a time determined by the Promoter for their chosen travel prize. All other costs including meals and beverages over the daily budget (per person), laundry services, spending money, transport to and from departure point, insurance, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs not expressly provided for above, as well as the costs of obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winners and their travel companions. Any passes, tickets or vouchers issued by the Promoter are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use applicable to them.
The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of this Promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
The prize, or any part of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable. If a prize, or any part of the Major Prize, becomes or is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion and subject to state permit approval, reserves the right to substitute all or any part thereof with a product or prize to the equal value.
Should an entrant’s contact details change during the Promotion Period, it is the entrant’s responsibility to notify the Promoter. A request to access or modify any information provided in an entry should be directed to the Promoter in writing.
As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner may be requested to sign legal documentation in the form required by the Promoter in its absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
All values and amounts that appear in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST where applicable unless expressly stated otherwise.
If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or suspend or modify a prize, subject to any written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or (f) use/taking of a prize.
The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The use by the Promoter of personal information collected is governed by the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the promotion, unless otherwise advised, each entrant also agrees that the promoter may use this information, or disclose it to other organisations that may use it, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant’ personal information may be disclosed to state and Territory lottery departments and the winner’s name published as required under the relevant lottery Legislation. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter at their address set out below.
All prizes from the advertised prize pool will be distributed during, or after the completion of the lottery. At the close of the promotion any un – won or unclaimed prizes will be randomly distributed.
At the end of the promotion, all existing claims to prizes and entitlements will be met notwithstanding the advertised pool has been exceeded.
Printing errors and other quality control matters outside the scope of the individual players must not be used as the sole basis for refusing to reward the prize.
