How To Enter:

To enter, an entrant must, during the promotional period:

a. Visit an eligible Mont Marte retail stockist and take a photo of themselves in the stockist’s art department or in front of a Mont Marte promotional stand in or at the front of the store
b. Upload their photo to their Facebook or Instagram account
c. Hashtag #shoplocal and #montmarteart and mention the name of the store they are visiting in their comments

Facebook or Instagram post must:

a. Contain #shoplocal and #montmarteart and mention the name of the store visited in the caption
b. Be dated between 1/08/2021 and 31/08/2021 inclusive
c. Be taken in an eligible Mont Marte retail stockist (directory can be found via www.montmarte.net/shoplocal)
d. Be visible to other social media accounts (not posted to a private profile)

Photograph must:
a. Clearly show the entrant
b. Clearly show Mont Marte products in the background (behind the entrant)

Images must not be defamatory, discriminatory, contain nudity, or represent anything that could be construed as offensive.

By participating in the Mont Marte #shoplocal Giveaway you as the entrant give full consent to the Promotor for all imagery uploaded with the hashtags #shoplocal and #montmarteart to be used for the Promoter’s future marketing and promotions. This includes all forms of online, digital and print media and includes all persons pictured in the photos, including those under 18.
