Entry to participate in the Promotion commences on 25/07/2021 and closes at 11.59pm AEDT on 31/10/2021.

Eligibility Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take a prize if they are judged as a winner.

All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter, form part of these Terms and Conditions.

To enter, you must be at least 13 years of age and a must be a citizen of Australia in Australia. Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves.

All entries of Entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid.

These Conditions of Entry will bind the Entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for Entrants aged under 18 years). If any prize winner is aged under 18 years, the prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner entering the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the discretion of the Promoter. Entrants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

To Enter participants must complete the entry form and upload a photo of your horse and advise in 25 words or less why you would like to win the Mitavite® Cool Vitality Challenge during the promotion period.

Applications must be submitted by the online survey form with an image of the horse. All Applications must be submitted by the entrant, automated entries will not be valid. Hygain Group employees and their immediate family members and Retail partners, Distributors and their employees are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children. Prizes.

There will be 3 Winners who each win the major prize of 3 months of Cool Vitality and a Merchandise Pack! 4 Runner ups receive a bag of Cool Vitality and a Mitavite cap! Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.

Prize Draw: The Judges will award the prize in the promotion to the Participant who is responsible for the most creative/emotive entry as deemed by them during the promotion period. This is a game of skill. The judging will take place within the first 10 business days after the end of the promotion period.

The winners and runner ups will be notified via email within 14 business days after the end of the promotion period. The finalists and winners will also be announced on the Mitavite® Australia Facebook Page.
