Prize Terms and Conditions
1.The following prizes are to be given away as part of the Local Liquor Sip ‘n’ Win competition:

Entry Conditions
2.By submitting an entry to the Local Liquor Sip ‘n’ Win Promotion, the entrant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
3.Entrant must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Sip ‘n’ Win
4.You must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia to enter the Sip ‘n’ Win
5.Entries can only be made in an individual’s own name and in their own capacity and no entry can be made for or on behalf of any other person, venture or organisation.
6.The prize is not transferable and the prize cannot be redeemed for cash.
7.To receive an entry ticket with a unique voucher number, you must purchase one or more of the selected alcohol products from an ACT or NSW Local Liquor, Liquor & Co or Supabarn store during the promotional period. For each transaction that includes one or more of the selected products, you will receive an entry ticket with a unique voucher code upon purchase.
8.To enter the promotion, entrants must go to www.localliquor.com.au/sipnwin and enter the unique voucher code/s, along with required contact detail fields. All submissions must be made electronically through the localliquor.com.au/sipnwin website link.
9.Entrants must purchase at least one of the following selected alcohol products to be eligible to enter – Bad Henry Cabernet Sauvignon or Shiraz, Evans & Tate Breathing Space Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Rose or Pinot Gris.
10.If products are purchased individually as single bottles, one entry is received per bottle. If products are purchased in 2 packs, 4 packs, 6 packs or cases, one entry is received per 2 pack, 4 pack, 6 pack or case (i.e. the entrant does not receive 4 entries for the purchase of a 4 pack).
11.Proof of purchase must be provided in order to claim prize.
12.Competition runs from 09/082017 until 05/09/2017 (inclusive).
13.Promotions are not open to:
•Employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
•The spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
•Any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name.

Prize Redemption
14.The Prize winners will be drawn by random draw on 09/09/2017.
15.Users who win one of the Local Liquor Gift Certificates will be mailed a Local Liquor Gift Certificate to the value of $100 to the address specified in the contact detail form, which can be redeemed within the specified ACT or NSW Local Liquor, Liquor & Co or Supabarn Store.
16.The Gift Certificate can only be used in one transaction and must be forfeited to staff at point of purchase.
17.Should the total transaction amount be less than $100, no change will be provided. If a winner spends more than $100 in the transaction, $100 will be taken off the total transaction price.
18.Promotional period runs from 09/08/2017 until 05/092017.

Prize Booking Conditions
19.The winners will be drawn by random draw at 3/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City 2601 0n 09/09/2017 at 10am.
20.The winner’s details will be published to www.localliquor.com.au/sipnwin on 11/09/2017.
21.Winner will be notified by email no later than 11/09/2017.

Unclaimed prizes
22.Should the initial winner/s not claim their prize within 3 months of notification, an unclaimed prize draw will take place on 11/12/17 at 3/19 Marcus Clarke St, Canberra City 2601 based on the permission granted by the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing. The winner of this draw will be notified via email by 14/12/2017. Winners will have 3 months to claim their prizes.
23.If there are any unclaimed prizes from the draw conducted on 11/12/2017, then these prizes will be entered into an unclaimed prize draw after a 3-month period to award any other Promotion by ACT and NSW Local Liquor, Liquor & Co or Supabarn stores.
24.These will be notified to the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing and will be subject to any directions from the Office of Liquor, Gaming & Racing.
25.Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name in the event they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and participating products within the promotion.
26.If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
27.Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
28.The use of any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that allows an entrant to automatically enter repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted by that entrant invalid.
29.Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.

31.The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including, but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this information. Unless otherwise advised, the Promoter may, subject to legislative requirements, also use the information for promotional, marketing and publicity purposes including sending electronic messages, without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the entrant.The Privacy Policy also contains information about how entrants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how entrants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable law and how those complaints will be dealt with. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter will not disclose entrant’s personal information to any entity outside of Australia.
