All entrants have until december 5th 2017 17:00 aedt to enter their details on the website for purchases made during the competition period
All entries and any copyright subsisting in the entries becomes and remains the property of the promoter who may publish any of the entries received

Entrants are permitted to enter more than once however each unique code is only eligible for one 1 entry

Winners of the Competition shall be randomly drawn on 7th December 2017 at Headmark, Unit 9/1 Danks Street, Waterloo, 2017 at 12 noon AEDT.
Winners is final and non-negotiable. Winners shall be notified via phone and email and announced by the Promoter on Friday 8th December on the Promoter’s Facebook and Instagram:
winners will have until 17:00 AEST Monday 11th December 2017 to confirm their attendance at their selected location. winner will be selected.
Prize is a timed 20 minute shop dash where each Winner can win up to 20kgs of Lindt Chocolate valued up to $2,000 per person as of 05/10/2017. prize pool is therefore $40,000.
winner can put into standard Lindt shopping baskets during the 20 minute period. Prize will be held on Saturday 16th December at the below times at each location stated in point 5 under the General terms:
winner to get to the location of the prize draw themselves. winner cannot attend they can select a proxy to attend on their behalf.
winner must present a valid photo ID of themselves on the day of the major prize. winner can only attend the location selected in their entry, they cannot select an alternate location.
Prize is not taken or the full value of the Major Prize is unable to be applied then that amount shall be forfeited and no compensation shall be payable.
prize then the Promoter may remove that Entrant as a winner. winner sign a deed of release or any other relevant forms or agreements that the Promoter deems necessary, including to provide proof of identity in order to claim a prize. winner cannot provide suitable proof the winner will forfeit the prize and no substitute will be offered.
winner is unable to satisfy these Terms and Conditions the Promoter reserves the right to select a substitute winner.
