other mechanicalor electronicmeansthatallowsan individual to automatically enter repeatedly isprohibitedandmay

22.The Promoter reservestherightto disqualify entriesin theeventof non-compliancewith theseConditionsof Entry.Inthe
event thatthereis a disputeconcerningtheconductof thePromotion,thedecisionof thePromoter isfinal andbi ndingon
each entrantand no correspondencewillbeentered into.
23.The Promoter anditsassociated agenciesandcompanieswill notbeliablefor any loss(including,withoutlimitation,indirect,
special orconsequential lossor lossof profits),expense,damage,personal injury or deathwhichissuffered or sustained
(whether or notarisingfromany person’snegligenceor wilful misconduct) in connectionwith thisPromotionor acceptingor
usingany prize(or recommendation),exceptfor anyliability which cannotbeexcluded by law(in which casethatliability is

24.The entrantwill participateinandco-operateasrequired with all reasonablemarketingand editorial activitiesrelatingto the

Promoter may useany such marketingandeditorial material withoutfurther referenceor compensation to them.

26.Failureby thePromoter to enforceany of its rightsatanystagedoesnotconstitutea waiverof theserights.
