Jimmy Brings – Win a major prize pack valued at over $7,700 OR 1 of 4 minor prizes
Promotional Period:
There will be two separate entry periods based on prize:
Minor Prize Entry Period: 08/07/21 at 09:00 am AEST – 11/07/21 at 11:59 pm AEST
Major Prize Entry Period: 12/07/21 at 09:00 am AEST – 18/07/21 at 11:59 pm AEST
Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to Australian (excluding NT and TAS) residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter:
There is a different entry method for the Minor Prize and Major Prize, as listed below.
1. Minor Prize Entry: A new promotional story will be uploaded onto the Jimmy Brings (@JimmyBrings) Instagram stories each day of the Minor Prize Entry Period (for a total of four (4) separate promotional stories). For the chance to win a Minor Prize, the entrant must reply to any of the promotional stories with their proposed ‘festival goer’ stereotype name relating to the festival depicted within the story. Entries close for each promotional story at 24 hours after the publication of the story.
2. Major Prize Entry: The Promoter will publish a promotional post to the Jimmy Brings Instagram Page (@JimmyBrings) on 12th July 2021 (which will feature the four (4) images posted to their stories as part of the Minor Prize entry mechanic). To enter for the chance to win a Major Prize, the entrant must comment on the promotional post with a response to the following ‘what is your festival stereotype?’ and including 3 of their festival essentials.
Entries permitted:
Multiple entries permitted per person. Each entry must be completed in accordance with the entry instructions listed above. Maximum of one (1) Major Prize and maximum of one (1) Minor Prize permitted per person.
Winner Determination:
The best response provided for each of the Minor Prize promotional stories, as determined by the judges, will win the Minor Prize. The best comment provided for the Major Prize entry, , as determined by the judges, will win the Major Prize. The winners will be determined by representatives of the Promoter. Each entry will be judged on the basis of the individual originality and creative merit of the respective response for entry. The judges may select additional reserve entries which they determine to be the next best, and record them in order, in case of an invalid entry or ineligible entrant. The winners will be determined by skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. The judges’ decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

Minor Prize: The minor prize is a Jimmy Brings Red Bull Bundle and includes: Sennhiser MOMENTUM True Wireless 2, Splendour XR Merch Pack (exact inclusions determined by the Promoter), Splendour XR Ticket (weekend event ticket to the Splendour XR virtual event – 12:00pm, Sat 24 July, 2021 – 2:00am, Mon 26 July, 2021), Philips Ambient Light Bar, 24 x Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml, 2 x Red Bull Illuminated Cups. Prize is valued at AUD$1,064.83. There is a total of four (4) minor prizes to be won (one (1) per promotional story post).
Major Prize: The major prize pack includes: Sennhiser MOMENTUM Wireless, 12 x $100 Jimmy Brings vouchers (delivered 1 per month for 1 year), Splendour XR Merch Pack (exact inclusions determined by the Promoter), 1 x Splendour XR Ticket (weekend event ticket to the Splendour XR virtual event – 12:00pm, Sat 24 July, 2021 – 2:00am, Mon 26 July, 2021), Phillips Ambient Light Bar, Sennhiser AMBEO Soundbar, 24 x Red Bull Energy Drink 250ml, four (4) x Red Bull Illuminated Cups. Prize is valued at AUD$7,775.46. There is one (1) Major Prize to be won.
Prize Conditions:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming a voucher are not included. Any unused balance of a voucher will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of a voucher is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the voucher. The Splendour XR virtual event tickets are subject to the ticket terms and conditions, including any applicable age restrictions. The Promoter and event organisers hereby expressly reserve the right to eject any winner from the event for any inappropriate behaviour.
Winner notification: winners will be contacted by their Instagram account within seven (7) business days of the judging.
Unclaimed Prizes: In the event of an unclaimed prize, the Promoter may at its discretion assign the prize to the entry judged the next best entry, conduct a further judging to award the prize, or withdraw the prize unawarded. The Promoter is under no obligation to award any unclaimed prize.
