Prize does not include spending money, meals, insurance, transport (including airport transfers, and transfers to and from the VIP site tour of the Event), items of a personal nature, any entry visas required, passport, and all other ancillary costs. Prize Winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same Australian capital city departure point and travel together. Prize Winner and his/her companion to hold a valid current Australian passport. Prize and will not be available. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual Prize and service providers.

Prize and any element of the Prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prize values are in Australian dollars and are correct at the time of printing. Prize, including as a result of any fluctuations in exchange rates.
Prize must be redeemed during the Prize Period, with flights subject to booking and flight availability. Prize Winner and his/her companion and the airline, date, and time of travel will be chosen at the Promoter’s sole discretion. Prize Winner is unable to redeem the Prize during the Prize Period the Prize Winner will forfeit their right to the Prize. Prize Period and will not be responsible for or provide any form of cash refund or otherwise for any days on which competitors are unable to surf due to weather conditions or for any other reason.
Prize Winner’s companion must comply with these Terms and Conditions at all times during the Prize Period.
Prize for the Promotion remain unclaimed, or if for any reason the Prize Winner does not accept the Prize by 17 September 2018 at 12:00pm (AEST), despite every reasonable effort taken by the Promoter to contact the Prize Winner, then the Prize will be forfeited. Prize to the next valid entry drawn in accordance with clause 11 of these Terms and Conditions. winner will be published in the Australian Newspaper or the Promoter’s Website on or before 17 September 2018. Prize within 7 business days, the Promoter will contact the next drawn winner in accordance with this clause until a prize winner is contacted.

Prize, the winner (and his/her guests) may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or Prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
