Information on how to enter- part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The Promotor: is The Trustee for SF BEAUJOLAIS UNIT TRUST, trading as JAG (ABN 36 155 404 826) of 11 Bowden Street, Alexandria, NSW 2015, Telephone 02 8306 3700.
Eligible entrants: Entry is only open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over who are or become a JAG member at the time of entry. Valid email address is a requirement to take part of the competition.
Total Prize Pool: $2,004
1. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, including participating concession stores, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
2. Entries are open from 9.00AM Monday 25th June 2018 until 11.59PM Sunday 22nd July 2018 (The Promotional Period).
3. To enter, fill in the form found via the Shortstack application https://a.pgtb.me/h14X7b or via www.jag.com.au/winter_escape.html and answer “Tell us 3 things you would pack if you won this getaway.”
4. As a condition of entry, you agree to opt in to becoming a member and agree to receiving email communications from JAG.
5. We will not sell, rent or share your personally-identifiable information with any other third parties without your consent. Members are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of receiving emailed information or other correspondence, by simply clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. To re-subscribe simply go to the Email section of the website and re-provide your details.
6. This promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Only one entry per participant will be accepted, and there will be one winner chosen by an internal group.
• Each entry will be judged on the basis of the individual creative merit of the Promotional Response.
7. The First Prize (1) winning entry will win a prize package (valued at $1254) including:
• 1 x JAG $500 voucher
• 1 x 2 night accommodation for 2 at Worrowing, Jervis Bay NSW. This can only be redeemed for the Wilderness hut, or the Worrowing Boat Shed. This must be redeemed before the Friday the 31st of August. Weekends subject to availability. (Valued as $560)
• 1 x year subscription to the Australian Traveller magazine and the International Traveller Magazine. (Valued at $43.95)
• 1 Circa Home Winter Fragrance Pack (valued at $149.70) Consisting of:

8. The first prize winner will be selected on Tuesday 24th July 2018 and notified by email by Thursday 26th July 2018. The winner will be notified of their prize by email and reserves the right to publish their first name and state on JAG social media channels.
9. If the prize winner does not contact the Promoter to claim their prize within 2 business days of notification, the prize winner will forfeit their prize, and a re-selection process will be in place until a winner accepts the prize.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final and the promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the Competition result.
11. No transport will be provided to the venue and is down to the winner to cover all costs.
12. To receive a $10 Circa Home voucher, you will need to opt in on the sign-up page. This is not a condition of entry and your data will be shared with Circa Home if you opt in.
