Terms and Conditions
Information on how to enter and prizes available form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion/contest, entrants fully, unconditionally and irrevocably: (a) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by Promoter’s interpretations of these Terms and Conditions, and the decisions of the Promoter which are final and binding with regard to all matters relating to this promotion/contest; (b) release and hold harmless each of the Promoter and associated agencies associated with this promotion against any and all claims, injury, cost damage or expense (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and disbursements) arising out of or relating to such entrant’s participation in this promotion/contest; and/or (c) use or misuse or redemption any and/or all prizes distributed pursuant to this promotion/contest; and (d) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Entry is open to Australian residents over the age of 16 who enter between the specified dates and who visit the competition page at www.jacklinks.com.au
To qualify an entrant must enter the required fields – first name, last name, DOB, gender, state, email address and answer the following question in 25 words or less: “Who is the wildest WWE® Superstar and why?”
Agree to the terms and conditions with option to opt in to the Jack Link’s newsletter.
Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. Only one entry is permitted per person.

The promotion commences on 20/09/18 and closes 11:00 am AEST on 3/10/19
There will be one entry period with one major prize winner.
Entries will be judged at 1pm AEST on the date specified in clause (6) at the Marketing agency of Jack Link’s Australia, Three Scoops Pty Ltd First Floor, 266-268 Chapel Street, Prahran (via Princes Close), Victoria, 3181 Phone 03 9520 1000. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged, based upon individual creative merit. All entries must be an independent creation by the entrant and free of any claims that they infringe any third party rights. Entries must not have been published previously and/or have been used to win prizes in any other competitions.
The Promoter will notify the winner in writing on the 3/10/18 and publish winner names on the same day at https:www.jacklinks.com.au for a period not less than 28 days.

Any Additional spending money, flights, meals, insurance, taxes, extra accommodation, items of a personal nature, inoculations, travel to and from departure point, additions to stipulated itineraries and offered flights and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify validity of entries or disqualify any entrant for tampering with entry or submitting an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
Any entry contact details entered incorrectly will be invalid.
Promoter reserves the right, subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies, to change any terms contained in these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Entry will be deemed as acknowledgement and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Neither the Promoter nor any of the promoter’s agencies are liable for incomplete/damaged/misdirected entries. The Promoter’s decision is final.
The Promoter and or its agencies are not liable for any loss/damage/personal injury, suffered/sustained, as a result of taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
Before the prize is awarded, any winner may be required to sign a release and indemnity agreement, the terms of which will be determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion. Failure to sign the release and indemnity agreement may result in forfeiture of the prize.
Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize, or any element of it, as stated.
The prize and or any unused portion of a prize, are not transferable, deferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or product.
The Promoter will use all reasonable efforts to contact an entrant selected as a winner, but accepts no responsibility if an entrant cannot be contacted.
The Promoter has no responsibility or liability for any incorrect/inaccurate information associated with the competition, or for technical error/any combination thereof that may occur including but not limited to any omission/interruption/deletion/defect/delay in operation/transmission/communications/ network or any technical problem/ any failure/theft/destruction of entries or any injury/damage to entrant’s or any other person’s related to resulting from participation in this competition.
The Promoter will collect each entrant’s personal information to conduct the promotion. If the entrant does not provide the requested information, the entrant may not participate in the promotion. By entering, unless otherwise advised by entrant, each entrant consents to information with their entry being entered into a database and the Promoter may use this information in any media and promotional material for future promotional purposes without any reference/payment/compensation to the entrant. Once promotion is finished if you wish to change or update your details please contact the promoter.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein: (i) this promotion/contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook; and (ii) all information disclosed by entrant(s) is being disclosed to Promoter and not to Facebook.
