WIN a Trip for 2 to the Gold Coast
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. The Promoter is Indoor Skydiving Penrith Pty Ltd of Level 2, 201 Miller Street North Sydney NSW 2060 ACN 28 152 224 363 (iFLY Downunder) [NSW permit number LTPS/17/16851]
Who Can Enter
3. Entry is free. Entrants must be 18 years of age or over to enter.
4. Employees and immediate families of the Promoter and suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether by natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.
How to Enter
5. The start date is 14 August 2017.
6. Entry rules are as follows:
a. Like and Share a Facebook LIVE post of the Australian Indoor Skydiving Championships 2017 on Friday 18 August 2017, Saturday 19 August 2017 or Sunday 20 August 2017 to enter the draw.
b. To be eligible, the post must be Liked and Shared between 9:00am Friday 18 August 2017 and 11:45pm Sunday 20 August 2017.
c. Multiple entries are allowed without limit provided that the multiple entries are done by an individual and not generated by computer or third party (as determined by any ISA Group manager in their sole discretion which is final and binding).
How to Win
7. On Wednesday 23 August 2017 all qualifying entrants names taken from their Facebook profile will be recorded in a computer generator.
8. At 12:00pm the winner will be drawn via the computer generator, with the first name drawn declared the prize winner.
9. The winner will be notified via Facebook private message immediately.
10. The winner will be announced on the Promoter’s Facebook page following contact with the prize winner.
Unclaimed Prizes
11. If the prize remains unclaimed by 13 September 2017 (3 weeks following the prize notification message), the original winner forfeits the prize and will be advised in writing. In this event, the Promoter will award the unclaimed prize to the second drawn entry.
12. The unclaimed prize draw will be made by an iFLY Downunder representative at 10.00am on 13 September 2017 at Level 2, 201 Miller Street North Sydney NSW 2060. The winner will be awarded to the entry drawn by computer generation.
13. The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be contacted by private facebook message, and may be published on the Promoter’s Facebook page.
14. In the unlikely occurrence, the second drawn winner’s notification is not responded to, the Promoter will re-judge until a valid winner has been contacted.
The Prize
15. This prize will be awarded to 1 winner.
16. The prize will be shared with the winner and 1 other person of their choice.
17. The prize is transferrable but is not redeemable as cash.
18. The Prize includes:
a. Two return air fares to Coolangatta Airport (OOL) to a maximum value of $800.
b. Two 10 minute indoor skydiving flight packages at iFLY Gold Coast located at 3082 Surfers Paradise Boulevard, Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast QLD 4217. Additional Terms and Conditions may be applied to this component of the prize by iFLY Gold Coast in their sole discretion (ie. flight sessions, age limits, weights limits etc).
c. Two tandem skydives at Gold Coast Skydive located at 78 Musgrave Street, Coolangatta QLD 4225. Additional Terms and Conditions may be applied to this component of the prize by Gold Coast Skydive in their sole discretion (ie. validity period, availability, weight limits etc).
d. Two nights accommodation at Mantra Legends Hotel located at 25 Laycock St, Surfers Paradise QLD 4217. Additional Terms and Conditions may be applied to this component of the prize by Mantra Legends Hotel in their sole discretion (ie. validity period, availability, exclusion periods etc).
e. 4 tickets to Magician Matt Hollywood (Comedy Magic Show) located at Sanctuary Cove, Gold Coast. Additional Terms and Conditions may be applied to this component of the prize by Magician Matt Hollywood (Comedy Magic Show) in their sole discretion (ie. validity period, availability etc).
f. 2 jet boat experiences with Paradise Jet Boat located at Shop 7b, 60 SeaWorld Drive, Mariners Cove Marina, Main Beach QLD 4217. Additional Terms and Conditions may be applied to this component of the prize by Paradise Jet Boat in their sole discretion (ie. validity period, availability, packages, weight limits etc).
19. The prize cannot be divided and must be used in the one trip.
20. The prize is valid from 23 August 2017 to 23 February 2018 or as per terms and conditions of individual prize components.
21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
22. Further spending money, cost of additional accommodation, meals, travel taxes, travel insurance, transport and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, is the responsibility of the winner.
23. Once booked and issued, all terms, conditions, travel validity & changes are subject to the airline’s fare rules & charges for the applicable class of travel booked.
Liability
24. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
25. The Promoter is not responsible for any cancellation, delay or rescheduling of flights and any costs incurred as a result (including, without limitation, accommodation costs) will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
26. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law.
27. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter.
28. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion subject to any written directions under applicable legislation. The Promoter also reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
29. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this promotion.
30. In accepting the Prize, the Winner agrees to participate and co-operate as required in all marketing activities relating to the promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants the Promoters a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and their travelling companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
