Entry is only open to Australian (excluding TAS) residents who are 18 years and over.
How to Enter:
To enter the Promotion, the entrant must sign up to the IGA newsletter (either directly via www.iga.com.au/dairy-sale or through a Facebook advertisement) during the Promotional Period. As part of the entry form the entrant must provide their personal details (full name, email address and postcode), agree to these terms of conditions and agree to receive marketing communications from IGA.
Existing IGA newsletter subscribers may also enter via the above link during the Promotional Period for entry into the Promotion.
All email addresses must be valid and entrants must remain subscribed to the Promoter’s database up until the date the prize is drawn. In the case that the entrant unsubscribes prior to the draw the entry will be declared invalid. Invalid addresses will automatically be disqualified.
The Promotion is in partnership with Vaalia who is gifting the prize.
For the sake of clarity, this Promotion is separate to and is not run in conjunction with Vaalia’s Win Garmin Instantly promotion and entrants who participate in this Promotion do not automatically receive extra entries into Vaalia’s Win Garmin Instantly Promotion.

Prize Description:
The prize is a Garmin Venu Sq Smartwatch – Music Edition – 40mm (color is winner’s choice of either Rose Gold Aluminium Bezel with Light Sand Case; Slate Aluminium Bezel with Moss Case Slate; Aluminium Bezel with Black Case; Rose Gold Aluminum Bezel with Black Case; Light Gold Aluminium Bezel with Navy Case; OR Slate Aluminum Bezel with White Case, subject to stock availability).
If the winner’s elected colour choice for the watch is not available, the Promoter will award the winner a Garmin Venu Sq Smartwatch in another available colour as chosen by the Promoter.
The prize will be delivered by mail.
Garmin is not a sponsor or participant in this Promotion.

Winning Method:

Winner notification:
The winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) days of the draw. The winners will be published at https://iga.com.au/dairy-sale by 05/10/21.
The winners will be required to provide their shipping address and phone number upon email notification by Metcash (on behalf of IGA) of their provisional win, in order to arrange shipping of their prize. All emails must be valid as this will be the method the Promoter will use to contact winners. Invalid email addresses are automatically disqualified and any person who enters using an invalid email address forfeits their right to any prize.
