Win a private dining experience for 10 people

HostCo are giving away a six (6) course dining experience from our delicious Degustation Menu to one (1) lucky winner for ten (10) people, in the private exclusive setting of the Chancellor’s Room. The menu has been created by our talented, Michelin-trained Executive Chef and each course is paired with matching wines.

Terms and conditions:
1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or older.
2. Entries open at 09.00am AEST on Thursday, 30 November 2017 and close at 11.59pm AEST on Thursday, 7 December 2017
3. Entrants must enter via the HostCo website competition page (http://www.hostcosydney.com/Special-Pages/Degustation-Menu-Competition.aspx) by signing up to the HostCo Newsletter. Participants must complete all fields on the online form providing their email address, name, phone number, company name, position title, city and state to enter the competition. Each person may only enter once.
4. The entrant must be a member of HostCo’s newsletter database when the prize is drawn to be a valid entry and to be eligible to win the prize. If the entrant has unsubscribed from the database then the entry is invalid.
5. The winner will receive one (1) private dining experience in HostCo’s venue, the Chancellor’s Room. The prize consists of a HostCo Degustation Menu for ten (10) people and includes six (6) courses with matching wine per course. The Degustation Menu package duration is three (3) hours. Total prize valued at AU$1,750.

6. One winner will be drawn on Friday, 8 December and will be notified of their prize by 5.00pm AEST. If we are unable to get in contact with the winner via email or phone due to incorrect data provided by the entrant or if we unable to reach the entrant for a period of 7 days, then an alternate winner will be drawn.
7. The winner can invite up to nine (9) people to this event, the tenth (10th) person attending to be themselves. Attendees can be family, friends or colleagues of the winner. The winner cannot sell competition prize as tickets or as a whole to another person. If the winner does not wish to accept their prize or attend their private dining event, then an alternate winner will be drawn.

8. The winner must claim and use their prize by 28 February 2018. Dates are subject to availability and the winner may need to provide several preferred dates for HostCo to select from. Prize must be used between Monday to Friday for lunch times between 12-4pm, or Monday to Thursday for dinner times between 6-9pm.
9. Photos of the winner and their guests will be taken during your private dining event to be used for marketing purposes.
10. The private dining experience is only available at HostCo Sydney venue, in the Chancellor’s Room, Holme Building, Science Road, University of Sydney NSW 2006. The winner and their guests must make their own way to the venue at the agreed time and date. HostCo will not provide any travel costs or be liable for any charges that come from attending the event. This includes, but is not limited to, flights, accommodation, travel, hotel costs or incidentals, if the winner and attendees are travelling from interstate.
11. This competition is valid only for Australian citizens and residents.
12. You will automatically be subscribed to HostCo’s newsletter database. You have the option to unsubscribe at your own discretion.
13. The winner will be selected at random by the HostCo Marketing team at Level 4, Holme Building Science Road, University of Sydney NSW 2006, on Thursday, 7 December 2017.
14. The Winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry/sign up form on Friday, 8 December 2017 by 5.00pm AEST. The winner must then supply HostCo with a selection of preferred dates for which they would like to use their private dining experience.
15. The prizewinner’s name will be published on the HostCo website and newsletter channels.
16. The prize or any unused portion of the prize, are nontransferable, nonnegotiable and not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
17. The prize is not redeemable for cash and is non-refundable.
18. The Competition is not open to employees or agencies of the University of Sydney Union and HostCo, family members or anyone else connected to the competition.
