2. Information on prizes and how to enter the Beautiful Accommodation Mornington Peninsula Gourmet Getaway promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. The promotion consists of a Competition using an entry mechanism of game of skill.
3. Competition entries open on Friday 5 January 2018 at 12:00 AM and entries close on Wednesday 31 January 2018 at 11:59 PM.
4. To be eligible, the entrants are required to enter the promotion and answer in 25 words or fewer: ‘Tell us in 25 words or fewer what would your first day on the Mornington Peninsula look like? What would you do, see and eat?”
5. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
6. Competition entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant and prize partners.
7. The prize is a four-night stay for two people at Jackalope Mornington Peninsula in a Vineyard Room, 1 x 60-minute massage and bathing experience for two people at Peninsula Hot Springs, 1 x Gin Masterclass for two people at Bass & Flinders Distillery in Red Hill, 1 x $150 dining voucher at Red Hill Epicurean in Red Hill, 1 x $150 dining voucher for Main Ridge Harvest in Main Ridge, 1 x $100 dining voucher for Merchant & Maker in McCrae, 1 x $125 dining voucher (five share plates and four glasses of wine) at Merricks Creek Winery in Merricks, 1 x $120 voucher at The Cups Estate in Fingal, a Nanny Plate and coffee for two people at Main Ridge Dairy in Main Ridge, and a four-day car rental with an Avis vehicle. Total prize is valued at $5351. Prize values are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.
8. Prize redemption rules:
All elements of the prize are valid for 12 months (until 31 January
, 2019) and are subject to availability.
a) Four-night stay in a Vineyard Room at Jackalope Mornington Peninsula, for up to two people, 166 Balnarring Rd, Merricks North: Bookings at least one month in advance essential, quote voucher at time of booking. Bookings are subject to availability and redemption is not valid for Saturday nights. Travel period is valid between 1 February, 2018 to 31 January, 2019.

c) Gin Masterclass for two people at Bass & Flinders Distillery, 232 Red Hill Road, Red Hill (value $280): Booking in advance essential, to be made via the website (bassandflindersdistillery.com). Quote code on prize voucher at time of booking to redeem.
d) 1 x $150 restaurant voucher at Montalto, 33 Red Hill-Shoreham Road, Red Hill South: Bookings essential, quote voucher at time of booking. Bookings can be made on the website at montalto.com.au.

k) 1 x rental of an Avis vehicle (up to Group E – Toyota Camry or similar) for a 4-day car rental time and kilometre charges only up to the value of $850.00AUD. This offer is valid for Avis Australian locations. Vehicles are subject to availability at time of booking. Prize is valid up to and including 31 January 2019. Blackout periods apply – 25 March 2018 to 8 April 2018 and 16 December 2018 to 6 January 2019. 9. No element of the prize is transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. If any element of the prize becomes unavailable, then the prize provider has the right to exchange it for something of similar value.
11. Meals outside of the prize element, insurance, transport external to car-rental prize element, to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, spending money and all other ancillary costs are not included.
12. Competition entry is a game of skill and winning entries are selected based on the creativity of entries submitted, by a judging panel.
13. The winning entry is selected on or before Monday 5 February 2018 at 4:00 PM at HXG, Building 1, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia.
14. Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 24 hours of the winning entry selection. If prize is unclaimed by the prize winner within five business days, the prize will be transferred to the next best entry.
15. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner selection. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
16. Prize winner’s entry, name and state may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation.
17. Each prize element is subject to the standard terms and conditions of each individual prize provider.
18. Winners may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in, and at the time of car rental pick-up.
19. Prize redemption is via email directly with accommodation prize provider, and all prize elements as outlined in section 8. Prize winners must provide a 30-day lead time for accommodation and car-rental bookings and prizes must be redeemed before 31 January 2019.
20. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage which is suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
21. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would cause an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries.

23. Entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
