HGX Beautiful Accommodation – Win a Gourmet Getaway for 2 to the Victorian Goldfields valued at $1,075

2. Information on prizes and how to enter the Beautiful Accommodation Goldfields Gourmet Getaway promotion form part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. The promotion consists of a Competition using an entry mechanism of game of skill.
3. Competition entries open on Sunday 1 October 2017 at 12:00 AM and entries close on Tuesday 31 October 2017 at 11:59 PM.
4. To be eligible, the entrants are required to enter the promotion and answer in 25 words or fewer: ‘Tell us in 25 words or fewer what you are most looking forward to doing, seeing and eating on your Goldfields Gourmet Getaway.”
5. By entering the competition, entrants accept these Terms and Conditions of Entry.
6. Competition entry is open to Australian residents, over the age of 18 years; excluding employees and their immediate families of Hardie Grant Media and prize partners.
7. The prize is a two-night stay for two at Be&Be Castlemaine, breakfast or lunch for two at Das Kaffeehaus in Castlemaine, 1 x $50 voucher for The Good Loaf in Bendigo, dinner for two at The Dispensary in Bendigo, banquet for two at Rocks on Rosalind in Bendigo, lunch at Eclectic Tastes in Ballarat and a Cheese and Wine Experience at Taltarni in Moonambel. Total prize is valued at $1075. Prize values are correct at time of publishing and are subject to change.
8. Prize redemption rules:
All elements of the prize are valid for 12 months (until 1 November 2018) and are subject to availability.
a) Two-night stay at Be&Be, 37 Farnsworth Street, Castlemaine: Blackout periods apply during school and public holidays. Booking at least one month in advance is essential. This prize must be quoted at time of booking. Redemption dates are valid between 1 November 2017 until 1 October 2018. Travel period is valid between 1 December 2017 to 1 November 2018.
b) Dinner for two at The Dispensary, 9 Chancery Lane, Bendigo (value $125): Booking in advance essential. Quote prize at time of booking.
c) Banquet for two at Rocks on Rosalind in Bendigo (value $110): Booking in advance essential. Quote prize at time of booking. Voucher number 3528.
d) Breakfast or lunch for two at Das Kaffeehaus, 9 Walker Street, Castlemaine: Mention voucher upon arrival.
e) 1 x $50 Voucher for The Good Loaf, 404 Hargreaves Street, Bendigo: Show voucher upon arrival. (Provided when winner is decided).
f) Lunch for Two People at Eclectic Tastes, 2 Burnbank Street, Lake Wendouree: Excludes alcohol, available after 12pm.
g) Cheese and wine experience at Taltarni Vineyard, 339 Taltarni Road, Moonambel: Booking essential via email. Book at door@taltarni.com.au and quote prize at time of booking.
9. No element of the prize is transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
10. Meals outside of the prize element, insurance, transport to and from departure point, additional transfers, items of a personal nature, in-room charges, spending money and all other ancillary costs are not included.
11. Competition entry is a game of skill and winning entries are selected based on the creativity of entries submitted, by a judging panel.
12. The winning entry is selected by Monday 25 September at 4:00 PM at HXG, Building 1, 658 Church Street Richmond VIC 3121 Australia.
13. Prize winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email within 24 hours of the winning entry selection. If prize is unclaimed by the prize winner within five business days, the prize will be transferred to the next best entry.
14. No correspondence will be entered into in relation to the winner selection. The judges’ decision is final and binding.
15. Prize winner’s entry, name and state may be used for marketing purposes and entrants agree to this use without compensation.
16. Each prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize provider.
17. Winners may be required to present credit card at time of accommodation check in.
18. Prize redemption is via email directly with accommodation prize provider. Prize winners must provide a 30-day lead time for bookings and must be redeemed before 1 October 2018.
19. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, which is suffered in connection with the prize (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss).
20. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any technical issues that would cause an entry not to be received by the Promoter and takes no responsibility for any error or omission of entries.

22. Entries become the property of the Promoter and the Promoter is the owner of all copyright and intellectual property of entry responses.
